Video of mechanic giving suggestions

onI found this to be very impersonal and tacky, terrible way to do business. I wasn’t able to hear what he was suggesting and it was disturbing. We need to get back to being personable with customers. Talking to them one on one and consulting. I ended up getting all filters changed, front brakes, oil change and tires rotated. This video thing is terrible, get back to doing business the correct way. People go to Honda for a certain reason, we don’t need a video. I enjoyed the conversation with the service rep and moved forward with most services. Disappointing, treat customers the correct way, stop sending this sleezy sales videos and be transparent and just have a conversation.
