The reason why is because their service is excellent I would recommend anyone to go there before going to any place else with Honda being one of the top rated cars in the… world.-Their service department is even better.- everyone there is a tentative, personable and has great customer, communication and skills! I usually go to Alex, he, goes out of his way to make sure you get the service and needs that you came there for,.but everyone there in the service department is great! However, they need to put a sign up in the waiting area for people not to talk on their cell phones. It was an… aggravating hour, listening to this woman constantly talk on her phone. She didn’t even try to lower her voice. Please put a sign up so others aren’t tortured.It's fantastic that your service at Boardwalk Honda was completed more quickly than anticipated, and that the service representative provided exceptional service, earning her a 10-star rating from you! Thank you for your feedback regarding a sign requesting consideration for others in the waiting area is a great suggestion.
