Yes, was acknowledged when walking in so can’t fault the rep but there was no set expectations, explanation of the process or what… the results were- I had to ask for that information. If you’re providing minimal effort in a customer service interaction for a paid service, it’s tacky to ask the customer to respond positively to a survey.Repairs

Horrible Experience
by Kanchan on 08/12/2023I have an online appointment for 8:45am for a simple oil change and it took until 11am to finish the job. Also, the advisor advised me to change my timing belt and couple others approximately $2,000 but the timing belt I have has already… been done previously from the same dealership. Advisor is not thoroughly checking my vehicles history. But when I went to a second advisor to check my vehicle history, he advised me that the timing belt was already replaced. Also after finishing the oil change advisor gave me the key and I went to my car and see diver seat was so dirty.Helper
