Done in less time than expected. They did a great job. The service rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. I give her 10 stars. However, they need to put a sign up in the waiting area for people not to talk on their cell phones. It was an aggravating hour, listening to this woman constantly talk on her phone. She didn’t even try to lower her voice. Please put a sign up so others aren’t tortured.
