    Pleasant experience. Ryan was very accommodating, with excellent customer service. He explained everything to me and took his time to answers all my questions. He even tried to apply all discounts that's available because the total amount is a little bit pricey for me.

    I found this to be very impersonal and tacky, terrible way to do business. I wasn’t able to hear what he was suggesting and it was disturbing. We need to get back to being personable with customers. Talking to them one on one and consulting. I ended up getting all filters changed, front brakes, oil change and tires rotated. This video thing is terrible, get back to doing business the correct way. People go to Honda for a certain reason, we don’t need a video. I enjoyed the conversation with the service rep and moved forward with most services. Disappointing, treat customers the correct way, stop sending this sleezy sales videos and be transparent and just have a conversation.

    After my 7:30am appointment with the service rep,I had a coupon to buy 3 tires and get 4th one for a dollar. And i also had a coupon for an oil change, and was told I can't stack coupons. I was trying to explain that's not stacking. It's for two different services. And I explained that the state of New Jersey considers stacking is using two coupons for the same service. After i said that I was told I was being hostile by the service rep. As a customer I didn't appreciate that.. I was not being unfriendly or aggressive. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the vibe was a little better so that's why I gave a 2 star rating.

    When we decided to buy a Honda, in the beginning we with my husband were confused because of service which Todd provided for us. Shortly, it was not a good experience with him. It seemed that he was not interested at all to sell anything. Then we spoke with a good man JR, so we started to feel better being there. Next day we came to buy a Honda. Thanks God we met BRIAN is the BEST seller ever! I could tipe a whole essay about his wonderful service. We left office with beautiful car and great feelings because of Brian! Thank you!

    I love Boardwalk Honda!! For the past few years I have been coming here. They have always made me feel welcome and a part of the family. Mike at the service counter has always take such great care of my car. He always goes over explain everything my car needs and what service was done on my car. His customer service is above and beyond every time I go in. I am glad to have someone like him to help me with all of my car needs!
