I've bought well over 10 cars since I started driving, and this one was the easiest, from when I orginally inquires, to when I met with Ray my sales person. Everyone was friendly,… and kept making sure we were taking care of. Once we test drive, we reached to the part we dreaded the most actually buying the car. Ray made sure though that we kept it short and simple! Anyways I can type forever, but I'll keep it short in simple, we love our car, and we love Reydel VW!!Couldn't be Happier

His patience in explaining the Jetta to us was great. Believe me when I say we shop… around. This is our first time leasing and he made us understand how we could afford a 2019 Jetta. I felt much better after speaking with him. He set me up with Frank who went over every detail… of the vehicle. I was very pleased with the overall experience. by MMohamed on 12/19/2018So this past weekend, my wife and I were car shopping to replace her Nissan Rogue, lease was coming up to an end. We had done our due diligence with True Car and few other websites comparing VW Atlas, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Kia Sorento.… The Atlas was the last vehicle we had seen, and sure enough my wife fell in love with the truck and the incredible management/staff at Reydel VW made sure we had received the best deal! Sunny and Octavio were the two managers that evening, Octavio sat directly with us working out numbers (all the dealers were busy, which in all honesty I now see why some many people choose this dealer) moreover, Octavio and Sunny had gone back and forth with me comparing True Car Prices and matched the best deal. Afterwards, Ray was assigned to be our dealer; he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show us how all the options worked. (If you get a chance ask Ray about some of his stories from test drives, you won’t regret it.) Most of all, I have to applaud Sunny & Mohamed for working magic with a Type R trade in. Additionally the finance manager Amanda was the sweetest person and took the time out explain everything. This was my wife’s third time dealing with dealers, but this was my 17th car purchase and I can honestly say the staff was truly down to earth and actually honest, hence why we purchased a truck from there and this will not be the last time they will be seeing us! I truly would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyoneMy first car leasing experience, it was just great!

The contact person Mr. Joshua Batson gave us one of the best impression among all the services provided by Reydel VW. He worked very hard to find a proper model… which fits our budget, gave us a complete introduction regarding the options, and most importantly, he was willing to accommodated my daily late working schedule for signing contracts at 8pm during weekday night! I have been driving my first VW for few weeks and every time I hopped into the car is just another comfortable and pleasant driving experience. Thank you Joshua and Sunny! In… past experiences at other dealerships I've felt like the negotiation was adversarial and me against them but with Chris and the rest of the sales staff at Rydel I felt as if they where genuinely trying to offer me the best price possible on the exact car I was looking for. In the end there should be much more to buying a car than the final price, don't get me wrong price is huge but also for me it's knowing that in the event that I need something or have a problem I have someone that is genuinely concerned about helping me and looking to maintain a strong business relationship.
