Any VW dealership you walk into will have the car you're looking for but the low pressure thoughtful service I received from my Sales Rep Chris Harper at Rydel VW in Edison nj has been unlike any I've experienced at any other dealership. In past experiences at other dealerships I've felt like the negotiation was adversarial and me against them but with Chris and the rest of the sales staff at Rydel I felt as if they where genuinely trying to offer me the best price possible on the exact car I was looking for. In the end there should be much more to buying a car than the final price, don't get me wrong price is huge but also for me it's knowing that in the event that I need something or have a problem I have someone that is genuinely concerned about helping me and looking to maintain a strong business relationship.
