Great team at Reydel vw
by Steve on 11/27/2019I bought a 2019 jetta SEL last weekend from this dealership. Overall i had a great experience through the process. Everyone were very helpful and honest. They responded for all my question and emails even after hours and on a Sunday which… really surprised me after bad experience with other dealers. At first i was interesting to lease a lover trim jetta /SE/ but because this guys Justin Askash Sunny explained all the better options and better deals i and up financing my new ride with a great maintenance package. The one thing I can say is if anybody is on the market for a wv this a dealership is the one to stop by. Great people and was a good experience.Excellent Car Buying experience

My family had the pleasure of working with Christopher Harper and Naveen Kotecha regarding our purchase of a 2019 Tiguan. They… could not have been more accommodating throughout the entire experience. We hold Reydel in high esteem and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in the VW brand. Apparently, Volkswagen North America relies on the dealership to proudly represent the VW brand, as well. The parade this past summer for the U.S. Women's Soccer Team celebration of its World Cup Gold through the Canyon of Heroes was sponsored, in part, by Volkswagen. We were proud to see the Reydel VW logo proudly displayed on the rear of many an Atlas pulling the floats in the parade! Of the many dealerships which could have chosen by VW North America to prepare these vehicles and coordinate this event, Reydel was the one ! This is a testament to those who comprise this first class dealership. Our continuing thanks and kudos to you all.Easy experience and good value
by GinAtieh on 11/18/2019The entire process was an easy experience. My husband called that morning to see if the manual Jetta we found online was available. They said yes and we were able to come in about an hour later for a test drive with Gene. Everything was… good, and the car was a great deal so we discussed details and the financial manager (Josh) was able to offer us even lower financing than our credit union since the vehicle was certified preowned. He also offered a maintenance package that made a lot of sense for us. The vehicle, experience and people were all great and the entire thing took under 4 hours which is what I would expect from buying a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a VW!Amazing Customer Service! Gene is the man!
by KristenR on 08/23/2019I came in looking for a new VW GTI, but after the test drive, I was confused whether I should go with the VW Golf instead. Gene Shilman was my salesman. Himself and the other Associates at Reydel were so helpful in being able to get a VW… Golf for me to test drive (manual transmission). He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, and everyone was so patient with me. After test driving the Golf, and again the GTI, I ended up purchasing the new GTI. He worked with me on getting a good price, and I'm so happy I ended up at this dealer. I would highly recommend Gene and Reydel VW to anyone!Ray was Awesome!

He… made excellent recommendations and provided some great advice as to whether or not it made sense to buy the vehicle or lease it. My final decision to go with a manual Jetta was in large part based on the help I received from Justin. I was worried I was going to… get the usual high pressure sales talk, but he was very low key and patiently worked with me on my questions. In the end, it was an enjoyable process, and I ended up with a great car at a great price.Repeat Customer!

The staff were very attentive to my needs and concerns, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible for my new Golf. The sales… manager, Mike, was very knowledgeable and really made me feel like he had my best interests in mind when explaining all of my options. At no point did I feel that dreaded pressure of being a female shopping for a car. I even met one of the owners, Neil, who also made me feel like he was personally invested in helping me decide which vehicle would best fit my needs. It was great to experience such personalized service from a car dealership. It really alleviated a lot of the anxiety I had about having to buy a new car. I would definitely recommend Reydel to anyone looking for a VW in the area!Great experience

I wasn't planning on making a purchase decision, just on taking a closer look and gathering information. The sales associate I… was paired with, Chris Harper, answered every one of the at least 50 questions I posed to him so clearly, I decided to pursue the purchase option and get some financial information. Reydel's sales manager Mike joined the party and we were able to come to terms on a sales price, a reasonable trade-in value for my Ford Focus, and financing terms. After a very efficient paperwork process, Chris and I went outdoors to test drive and review other features of my Jetta. Once again, Chris was impressive with his encyclopedic knowledge of this car. I have been happily driving my beautiful and luxurious Jetta for a week and am learning about more of the features and functions. I have already recommended Reydel to several friends and will return to them for service when it's needed. Reydel make this purchase experience extremely satisfying!!Reydel VW pleasant surprise

Frank Camargo is an amazingly accommodating salesperson. Was very honest… and forthright with me. No jerking me around. Very straightforward. I will be purchasing my next car from them as well.
