The entire process was an easy experience. My husband called that morning to see if the manual Jetta we found online was available. They said yes and we were able to come in about an hour later for a test drive with Gene. Everything was good, and the car was a great deal so we discussed details and the financial manager (Josh) was able to offer us even lower financing than our credit union since the vehicle was certified preowned. He also offered a maintenance package that made a lot of sense for us. The vehicle, experience and people were all great and the entire thing took under 4 hours which is what I would expect from buying a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a VW!
