Reydel Volkswagen of Edison

Before my wife and I purchased the 2019 Atlas a month ago from this dealership, we shopped around at many other dealerships. I would say sales reps from every other dealership bombarded the both of us trying really hard to sell us a vehicle then and there. Felt like I was being forced into something we were not ready for or have not decided on which vehicle we wanted yet. Reydel of Edison was a completely different experience. As soon as we walked in, we were kindly greeted by Javier. (Highly recommend working with him. Super knowledgeable and very helpful) We were interested in test driving both the 2019 Atlas and the 2019 Tiguan. We quickly filled out some paperwork and we were on the road. We slammed Javier with questions from every direction about every level of each vehicle that we drove and he knew it all like the back of his hands. This made the decision really hard because both the Atlas and the Tiguan were beautiful cars and drove great. We also have a baby on the way, hence why we were looking at the SUVs and both Javier and the sales manager Sunny, knew their stuff. Not once were we pushed to purchase the car or have deals thrown at us to get the car at that moment. We loved both cars and my wife and I needed time to make a decision. So Javier kindly gave us his information and told us to let him know whenever we were ready to come back when we’ve decided. We were too excited and came back the next day. Never have I ever had that type of experience before. I thought that by going to the dealerships to buy a vehicle, the norm was to be attacked by sales reps to buy buy buy and to pretend you aren’t interested for better deals or what not. Javier and everyone at Reydel has been nothing but helpful in our decision to buying the beautiful new 2019 Atlas. This past week, weather mats came in for our vehicle and my wife came to pick them up. As soon as Javier saw my pregnant wife walk in, he excused himself for a second from a customer to help my wife take the car to the back and get the mats put in and made sure all were good. Now that’s service. Javier is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership before. Thank you Javier and everyone else from Reydel Volkswagen of Edison for helping us decide on the perfect car for our growing family. We highly recommend these guys. Even the service center is great!!!
