STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Husain and Kelvin will shmooze you until you sign the dotted… line. Once they have you , all the repairs are on you!!!I'm sorry you're dissatisfied. They do a great job

I didn't need a tent to camp out at the center because it was fast service. It's not always what it seems
by Chatam on 03/27/2025I am disappointed with the Nissan Rogue. I purchased a 3013 Nissan Rogue in 2015; I rarely had a problem with the car other than normal maintenance. On January 30, 2025, I took my car for an Oil chain, changed the low bul, and replaced the… front brakes. First, the rep told me that they would have to do a diagnostic on my car, and it would be a customer. I said ok. They returned with a long list of problems with my car that could cost $8K. I have to inspect my car, and I need the oil change, the brakes, and the light bulb. It was said to me that it is not just the bulb. Another part may need to be repacked, costing around $300. Are you serious? So, I said, change the front brakes, oil change, and the lamp bulb. Oh, Ms. Nicholas, we do not have the bulb in stock, so we have to order it, and it may not come in by 12 noon the next day. I paid over $700 for the oil change and brakes, plus $320 for labor. The next day, I received no phone call, and to this day, the parts ordered came in, and I went to replace the bulb. I got my car inspected. Still no phone call as of today. I got the bulb replaced. I would never purchase another Nissan car again. Now you know!Chatam, I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our service and pricing. Worst exp. - rude staff
by Aditya Jain on 01/17/2024Avoid visiting this place for anything. The staff is rude and don’t now how to talk to customer. Last exp. to this center was also not god but still went ahead this time hoping things will change but it was other way round. My appointment… was at 2:15 PM for normal half yearly service, during the visit no one showed up even during drop off I asked them to let me know if anything needs to addressed (recommended) we can get them addressed. After 2 hours they came back with direct bill and when asked for what about stuff I asked they say you need to book early appointment and schedule a new appointment which doesn’t make sense. Avoid this placeAditya Jain, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. First Service
by Efren M on 06/20/2023I brought my new Nissan Rogue sv for it's first oil change and my first impression weren't good. The facility is very tight and the advisor Michael who was there to greet me wasn't very friendly, it doesn't cost anything to smile. I did get… the vehicle back in 1 1/2 hours which is the norm. What I really didn't like was when the service technician sends you a video and he's doing the walk around describing what he see you can't hear him because he's not speaking loud enough and all you hear is the airguns in the background which made it almost impossible to hear. I will return for my second oil change only because it's free, after that I will bring to another Nissan dealership that's closer to where I live. So my first impression weren't good.
