I brought my new Nissan Rogue sv for it's first oil change and my first impression weren't good. The facility is very tight and the advisor Michael who was there to greet me wasn't very friendly, it doesn't cost anything to smile. I did get the vehicle back in 1 1/2 hours which is the norm. What I really didn't like was when the service technician sends you a video and he's doing the walk around describing what he see you can't hear him because he's not speaking loud enough and all you hear is the airguns in the background which made it almost impossible to hear. I will return for my second oil change only because it's free, after that I will bring to another Nissan dealership that's closer to where I live. So my first impression weren't good. There's many areas where they can improve.
