Worst exp. - rude staff

onAvoid visiting this place for anything. The staff is rude and don’t now how to talk to customer. Last exp. to this center was also not god but still went ahead this time hoping things will change but it was other way round. My appointment was at 2:15 PM for normal half yearly service, during the visit no one showed up even during drop off I asked them to let me know if anything needs to addressed (recommended) we can get them addressed. After 2 hours they came back with direct bill and when asked for what about stuff I asked they say you need to book early appointment and schedule a new appointment which doesn’t make sense. Avoid this place
