Oil Change
by BurghBoy on 08/08/2019I made an appt but then had a commitment so I needed to do a drop off and pickup later... I called to confirm I could do this and the person on the phone said he needed my VIN # to look up the appt and confirm everything... I thought that… was odd and why he couldn't look up my appt by my name and vehicle make since I've been there numerous times... I did the drop off early and left my phone number in case there was a question... within 30 minutes I received a text that confirmed everything was on schedule and ok... I then received another text saying everything was completed and ready for pickup... the first part wasn't so good but the actual service was outstanding..Thank you for sharing your experience online! We truly appreciate your feedback. Although we do need the VIN to accurately plan for service visits, we certainly could have started with your name or phone number to look up your account. I love my 2005 Highlander and I bet she has a few more years left in her, but when it's… time for a trade-in, I will be purchasing from Toyota of Keene. And....Toyota of Keene is not the closest Toyota dealership to me but I've tried the other two, and they cannot compare. by formertoyocust on 08/20/2012updated 07/31/2025Once my vehicle had a problem, I got the run around from the service department. I called the Toyota 800 service number and opened a case. I was told that Todd the customer service manager at Toyota of Keene would contact me within three… business days. I did not receive a phone call back. I called the 800 number two more times and still received no phone call or other communication from the dealership. My complaint with the BBB resulted in no phone call either and only a pat and dismissive answer by letter through the BBB. I was ignored and no effort was made on Toyota of Keene's part to resolve or even discuss the issue with me. Even if they felt they were in the right in terms of the vehicle's issue, ignoring a customer's formal complaint is poor customer service! Customer Disservice is what I received. I did get a response THE NEXT DAY when I posted a negative review/comment on another rating website. Interesting how a prompt response was elicited when my dissatisfaction was public. The customer service manager apologized for 'the miscommunication'. Ignorning a customer until a public review is posted does not qualify as a 'miscommunication'. I will no longer do business with them and will let everyone know of my experience there. I should say the sales department of this dealership is wonderful and I had a great experience with Jamie Rios. Too bad for them I won't be back to purchase/service any vehicles.
