onI made an appt but then had a commitment so I needed to do a drop off and pickup later... I called to confirm I could do this and the person on the phone said he needed my VIN # to look up the appt and confirm everything... I thought that was odd and why he couldn't look up my appt by my name and vehicle make since I've been there numerous times... I did the drop off early and left my phone number in case there was a question... within 30 minutes I received a text that confirmed everything was on schedule and ok... I then received another text saying everything was completed and ready for pickup... the first part wasn't so good but the actual service was outstanding..

Thank you for sharing your experience online! We truly appreciate your feedback. Although we do need the VIN to accurately plan for service visits, we certainly could have started with your name or phone number to look up your account. We will use this as a training item!
