  • Great experience in moving to a new state

    Just before our move to New Hampshire, I was involved in a multi-car accident. Last thing we needed was a hassle in purchasing a replacement. In looking on-line I saw several vehicles we were interested in. We looked at several in Keene, and also in Connecticut where was are moving from. Stopped there, and were warmly greeted by Joel in sales. Took a test drive, and loved the vehicle. The entire process was great, no pressure at all. When we were back to take delivery a few days later, we were warmly greeted, and we had two of our dogs with us, and much of the friendly staff came out. Feel like part of the family here, totally different with previous purchases we have made. Will be back when my wife's car needs replacing.

    As far as I can tell the job was done correctly. A minor complaint......The tire change tools in the truck were taken out during the rustproofing process but were not put back. When I left the dealership the tools were loose and rattling around behind the passenger seat.

    Toyota of Keene has been my family’d choice for over a decade. When I started thinking about needing a new car I sent an online message which was quickly responded to. Toyota was able to give me an estimated trade in value and helped me schedule an appointment with a sales representative, not just any sales rep., Joel R. Joel spent time explaining on my options and was at no point pushy. He gave me space to talk with my spouse and get back to him when I was ready. The experience was flawless, and I left with a shiny new vehicle. Service was also gracious to put my snow tires on my new vehicle which was piece of mind in the New England weather. Thanks everyone!

    My husband and I have been researching the RAV4 Hybrid for a while and liked what we were reading so we went to Keene to do a test drive. Mitch Piper was the salesperson we dealt with and he was very knowledgeable about hybrids and very helpful in answering our questions (and we had a lot of questions!) We purchased the car and are absolutely thrilled. Thanks Mitch for all of your help..... and patience!!! Tom & Sue
  • If only Honesty were valued

    Purchased a used RAV 4 -6 cylinder June 2017. Had power train warranty from dealer. Notified them of concern from point of sale over a sound as if never settled into a final gear. Sales says all Rav 4's have the sound. Within time frame of warranty notify of issue getting worse and a TSB describing issue to a T. This dealer failed to listen or diagnose the concern, calls to Toyota cares, a second opinion from another dealer and now some 8 months in, still zero resolution. Keene service manager after a visit and calls confirms the fix will not guarantee cure for concern, I was informed I can swap out this car for another on the lot , approved by the owner , Mr. Fenton. We arrive after choosing comparable vehicles to swap out our car. That Sunday experience with manager Mr. Kenny and his scare tactic -yelling at me that yes he had lied about doing a swap out, pushed me out the door. I was scared. If the approval was in and I was looking at one year newer, different cylinder swap and if the car I own is a non issue then the dealer should have honored what they warranted and offered. My advice is RUN and Run fast and far . This sale was not honest, was not honored . The only reason I know not all vehicles have the sound is from personal experience with friends cars- Toyota reputation and the 6 cylinder got me to the dealer in the first place. The warranty and my research should stand for itself and the offered swap should have happened -bullying and scare tactics are not where I will ever do business nor should anyone else. They survive based on location in western NH and no sales tax for neighboring buyers.

Unfortunately the issue you have been experiencing with your vehicle is a characteristic of the model you purchased. We offered you an option to trade into a vehicle 3 years newer that would not have the characteristic you are experiencing. Unfortunately, due to it being 3 years newer we are unable to swap you out at no cost. We did significantly discount the new vehicle. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.   • Great sale

    As my lease had only 5 months left to it, I decided to start looking around for my next vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and Toyota of Keene had one on their lot. They had just got it in and I wanted to go look at it. So I drove the short 25 miles and was checking the truck out and Sean Parent came over and started talking to me. If it hadnt been for the toyota hat, I would have thought he was another customer. Very cool and down to earth. No pressure at all. I told him I wanted that truck and we started chatting about my 16 tacoma and what he could do for me. To make a long story short, he is a great salesman that never gave me any pressure to buy or even do the math. They got my numbers very close to where I wanted them and after a test drive I signed on the sale. On 02/02/18, I drove away with a new 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad 4x4 Cement 6' bed.     We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna. The people at the dealership were very responsive when we reached out to them by email for additional information after obtaining an initial quote online. Setting up a time to test drive the vehicle was easy. The salesman we worked with, Ned Lester, was very personable, as were the rest of the people there whom we interacted with. We would gladly do business with them again!

    My husband & I have been servicing our Toyota vehicles here for over 29 years! We just purchase a 2016 Highlander & the experience was exceptional! Joel was our sales person who provided us with all the information we asked and then some. Matt the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. We truly felt like family there .... Especially with all our years of doing business with them! Hedi in Service has always treated us as family as well! The entire staff is AWESOME which is why we drive 100 miles each way (from home) to take our business there!!!

    Cant say enough about how positive my experience was with Toyota of Keene. Had been to Manchester/Nashua because they said they were bigger and could do better...NO!!!!!, Toyota of Keene and the salesmen, Ned Lester and Manager Dave Barrett were wonderful. They listened to me and knew what I wanted and what I could and could not afford and worked with me and now I am set and loving my new RAV4!!! Thank you Ned and Dave of Toyota of Keene, NH and the Fenton Family who owns the dealership. We are so fortunate to have such a great dealership in the Monadnock region. No need to go to Manchester or Nashua, the deals and inventory in Keene is awesome!!!
