    Service people always so attentive. My car was checked and determined the scratching noise may have been caused by salt, dirt and they cleaned that and nothing else needed to be done. But about 1 mile from the dealership the noise was back but more quietly. When it was time to go up the hill by my house the noise was completely back. I called Honda and let them know. They told me to keep an eye on it and as soon as car wash was opened to bring it for a wash to see if it improves.. For the reason that noise is back I have to give some “nos” on survey here.

    • It was all solved. I updated my report a while back letting you know that it was dirt/salt creating the scratching noise as suggested by the service representative at Honda.

    When purchasing a certified pre-owned passport, Honda of Keene was very fair and helpful. The deal was made online using and honoring all fair KBB values for both the purchase and trade-in. Arriving at the dealership, the staff was friendly and the numbers did not change. This is my second great experience with Honda of Keene. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Nate at Honda of Keene handled a recall and emission light service. He gave efficient, clear and professional details. The work was done under warranty; which Nate handled for me. I am very pleased with the experience.

    I was very surprised when I got a call that my car was ready in an hour and fifteen minute later but before that he wasn’t gonna do the work because didn’t have the part until I spoke up and said I canceled my first appointment a week prior so u had plainty enough time to have the part in and then the service representative changed his tune. And not only that if the work couldn’t get done out of curiosity I asked about a loaner Nathan said that you could not get me a loaner. The scheduled first appointment was Tuesday December 10, 2024 had to cancel because I didn’t want to wait around in the service station for my car to get repaired and my ride fell through then I made another appointment which was Thursday the 19th 2024. I was happy that the work got done and I hope this doesn’t happen to me again in the near future.

    This was my first experience with the service department at Honda of Keene and it was excellent, my car was taken right in and was done well within the time frame given plus I found the service department people very friendly and knowledgeable.

    My 2018 Honda CRV went into limp mode with all lights flashing on the dash. Problem diagnosed and resolved by the replacement of the four (4) fuel injectors. Prompt service, good communication and fair price.

    I took my car in for switch to winter tires and a State Inspection. They also gave my car a thorough lookover and recommended some maintenance services to help keep my car running at it's best which I greatly appreciated. As a Senior Citizen I want my car to last a long time.

    Overall, my experience was good. Alex and Jeremy were very helpful. Whoever the other sales manager is at the front desk (not Alex), I believe his name is Eric, was very rude. I overheard him complaining about “running this guys numbers for the 7th time.” Pretty big deal to make sure your numbers are right when buying a new vehicle. His attitude and demeanor left me very frustrated and was not worth my time to confront him. Also was openly complaining about other job related things openly in front of everyone

    I want to commend John Damico, Asst Service Manager, for his kind help today. He explained the assessment of issues w my Odyssey and helped me to navigate through what needed to be done now and what could wait. I promised to return for another service…and assured him that I drive a different car in snow if there’s too much of a problem with, say, tire wear. I totally trust John and am glad he works for Honda! I’ll be back!
