Unnecessary maintainence recommended

onI went to Honda of Keene to get a recall service on my 2023 Honda CR-V. At the end of the service, which was promptly done, they recommended that I get both me transmission and differential service with a fluid change for the cost of $300+. My car only had 30,000 miles on it, and I declined the service. I went and checked with my normal mechanic, and he said that such a service was totally unnecessary at that mileage. Perhaps it would be needed at 60-70,000 miles but not at 30,000. This clearly seems like an attempt to sell me as service I did not need in order to get an extra $300 out of me.
