Dealership Sales Review
I have always stressed over buying a car. A purchase that should be fun, dealerships/salesmen always take the fun out and I have always walked away thinking I was taken advantage of. 40+ years of buying vehicles always the same until now. I went in knowing exaclty what I was looking for, I had called the dealer earlier in the day, and spoke with Larry Gilmet, explained the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership Larry met me at the door, he had the car all ready for a testdrive. Larry was very helpful through the entire purchase, no pressure, he listened to my concerns and I walked away with a good experience and thinking this is how buying a new car should be! When Alex Mackay the sales manager came to the desk, I said to myself ok now is where the sales pressure starts, I was wrong, Alex showed me a couple options for warranties, we went over financing and what I expected, I picked the one I wanted and that was it, no pressure and a feeling that I was respected. All around great experience and I highly recommend this dealeriship to everyone. Larry was exceptional if only all salesmen could follow his example. Sincerely, Todd Souza
