From the moment I pull my car into the service drop-off area to the time I pick my car up, it has always been a… pleasant experience. I feel like my business is appreciated by the way the staff treat me. Dennis Matteau, the service consultant, has always helped to get my car back in proper working condition. He's a no-nonsense, yet friendly and professional gentleman. He always makes sure I am happy as a customer. by Rich on 05/07/2018I brought my car to Infiniti of Nashua for its yearly inspection. 30 minutes after leaving smoke starts pouring out of the engine. I took a video and sent it to the service adviser who assured me it was steam. However it was my air… conditioner failing. When I asked the service adviser to explain what exactly was wrong he told me my coolant had leaked. When I asked to speak with his boss, the service adviser told his boss that the compressor had shorted out. His boss said because I did not bring the car back immediately after being assured that the steam was normal, I have to pay $2,000 to repair my air conditioner.Service

The thing that was most impressive was the fact that i had never gone… to them for any service or purchase before. They treated me like a long time customer.Great service department

When I was in a pinch with an older out of warranty Infiniti they went out of there way to help me. I did not buy the car from them and had never been there… before yet they treated me like I had been going there for years. They have earned my business 10x over.Regular maintenance
