    Scheduled my service online which was very easy. Pulled through the service bay doors. They came right out to meet me and Welcomed me to Team Nissan. Did my service which was very fast and away I went.

    Gage at the service desk was kind, resourceful, and comforting at a time when I was totally stressed out over being stuck with a nearly dead battery on my new Nissan Ariya and was unable to get to my destination (Provincetown) or return home (Vermont) or meet with the 32 students who were left waiting for me and for the student presentations they'd worked on all term. He was unable, unfortunately, to help me because of a stocky man who I believe was the service manager. He left me in the parking lot for nearly 2 hours in the bitter cold (I couldn't turn on the heat because it would drain the battery) because he refused to get a key to the car of an employee whose car was hooked up to the electric car charger. He was incredibly rude, gratuitously cruel, totally incompetent and an embarrassment to Team Nissan, where I will never again seek service. I could tell that his staff was afraid of him and so, although they attempted to be kind to me, they were unable to help. He should be fired immediately

    • This is terribly misleading. You demanded to have preference over the customer that was charging their vehicle when you arrived because you stated your business was more important. You then nearly hit one of our employees while driving in a reckless fit of rage when we wouldn’t meet your immediate demands. This goes for when you fat-shamed one of our employees inside calling him a "fat slob". Your behavior was inappropriate & unacceptable. We only wish that Edmunds, Google, Cars.com, Dealerrater, etc... allowed us to post the video we have of your behavior so others could see an honest picture of your visit and just how cruelly you treated our staff.     The staff is always professional. They work quickly. Yet, I continue to have issues with tires. Previously, my lease needed tires before 30,000 miles. Currently, my new lease needed tires at 26,000 miles. Now, at this appt., they said my tires were at half life at 39,000 miles? What type of tires are these. Good tires last 45-60,000 miles. I drive 8 miles to work, and certainly don’t drive like I’m a NASCAR driver. This one car trend is disturbing.
    • Kevin, we appreciate the kind words about your experience with our folks. Tires sure aren't what they once were, that's been a common theme over the last few years. Standard tires today are lucky to last 30k miles, but you're right, you can find tires that will last 45-60,000 miles, you just need to request that when you purchase them as they're nearly twice the price point and most people decline that option when we offer high end tires based on individual driving patterns.

    Had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and State Inspection. Service advisor met me when I arrived and reviewed my work request. I was invited to wait in the comfortable waiting area. When my vehicle was ready the advisor reviewed with me the results of the inspection and the other work. All completed as requested . I was on my way in less than ninety minutes. This is a great dealership with knowledgeable and friendly employees.

    All was great but the waiting was a bit long and the prices went up the tire rotation is no longer included in the oil change so I had to spend a additional $44 for that it is a bit expensive now

    Folks, I've used Team Nissan's service department and their car dealership to buy a new car (with my daughter) in the past. They've done warranty work, vehicle inspections and more for my family and I. In each and every interaction with them they were courteous, professional, accurate, and timely in their work, communications, and billing. I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone.
