I thought I needed an oil change and tire rotation but Nat Hoyt was very informative in letting me know that all I needed was the tire rotation at this time and could still go 4,000… miles before my oil change. I was very appreciative of his honesty, being an older lady and new at taking my car to a dealership. This speaks volume to the people working at Irwins.Excellent and knowledgeable service

Loaner car provided for my convenience for the two days my vehicle was being evaluated and repaired. Communications were great, to… include progress updates to completion. Special thanks to Llyod Miles, Jeff Peterson and Mike Wood for ensuring my vehicle was properly taken care of. I loved the unique maintenance binder that outlined the problems found, the maintenance solutions and service recommendations (to include pics of problem area) Will definitely recommend the service dept to others and continue to have my vehicles serviced here. I was surprised when the three different service people could not find me listed on the system for a appointment.… But they worked me in to the schedule right then. Thank you Ken Brace. Very professional. My vehicle was serviced timely and I was completely satisfied. I did forward the email to Irwins to check out why the appointment was not scheduled.Always a good experience at Irwins

by ebrucie on 06/25/2017On June 10th Irwins was to do a 10000 Mile service including an oil change and a multi-point inspection. Irwin as far as I can tell only did the oil change. I purchased my car from them last year, which was a painstaking process in itself.… I had to bring the car back to get the tire pressure sensors replaced because apparently there were aftermarket ones installed in my brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta ST. At my "service" on June 10th 2017 they let me down yet again. Yesterday, June 24th I had a warning light about my temperature and I stopped driving and immediately checked and my coolant. It was low! My husband and I were able to add coolant (although not the Ford long life brand) right away. My husband and I then checked the other fluids that should have been topped off and checked during the oil change multi-point inspection and 10000 mile service. These fluids were also low with the exception of the windshield washer fluid (which is not detriment to the vehicles operation and won't cause damage if low) A few hours later, my vehicle service light came on .. The orange wretch...they clearly forgot to tell my vehicle that it had received it's 10000 Mile service. Or maybe the vehicle realize that it didn't actually receive the service. My car uses coolant not only for the engine, but also for the turbo. This could have caused severe damage! My car is now going to need a coolant flush and replacement with the Ford proper coolant, that should have been in it in the first place, as well as extra dot 4 brake fluid. I am hoping Irwin will do these things and actually perform the 10000 Mile service, but I won't hold my breath. I will also have to take my personal time to travel over to Laconia which is an hour away from my home to have this rectified. Irwin supposedly has vehicle care commitment and gives me peace of mind. They do not give me peace of mind, in fact the opposite, and I don't feel like they're committed to my vehicle or me as a customer. I have never been let down more by any other dealership and Service Group. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go to Irwin especially if you don't want your car damaged. I understand the service of the oil change was free because I purchased my car there, but that doesn't mean that I don't expect them to perform the service. Also my battery cover is cracked and broken and there's no mention of that . I want to impress I have owned this brand new car for less than a year and have brought it in for every service and oil change that it needs since I purchased it. I urge you not to take your car here if you truly want it cared for. They are reporting services on my invoice that they are not performing. And stating that the results of my "world-class inspection" is all green and ready to go when it was not. No suggested services, all green. Please care for my car, not assume that because it's a 2016 that these things are okay, or that because the service isn't making you profit, that you don't do it. Also on the printout showing that everything is "green and good to go", the phone number for the assistant service manager Bob Abbott [phone number removed] belongs to a resort. The only positive thing I have to say is the service people at the desk at the main office not are polite and kind.Oil change, tire rotation

Our vehicle was taken into the shop and serviced almost immediately and… we were on our way in much less time than we had anticipated. Great job! Thanks for the great service.Great Service

This is the first car that I have personally bought, so Josh was understanding and patient with my questions, and explained… everything as we worked through the process. I originally came in several weeks ago to look at a different car, put a deposit down, went and looked at another car at another dealership fell in love with it, almost bought it, but the car ended up selling before I could. When I came back to Irwin to look at the Prius, Josh was ready and willing to help me start the process again. Even after I bought the car, he continued to help me with questions I had. Although they were booked solid Mike Smith took my 7 year old truck in to check out the dead battery and while it was there attended to some… other maintenance issues that I knew existed. It was finished in a couple of hours, I'm still amazed and very pleased with the support.Oil change
