I just bought a new Lincoln Nautilus from Jeremy. He helped me through every step in the purchase process with expertise and patience. He spent a great deal of time helping me get to know my vehicle and how it operates.I would turn around… and buy another vehicle from him at Irwin In a heartbeat!

by John B on 11/22/2025When I set out to find and purchase my dream truck—a 2025 F-150 King Ranch, a model with all the features of a Platinum but with a sticker price closer to a Lariat—I discovered that only a few dealers in New England had one in stock.… Fortunately for me, Irwin Ford was one of them. My second stroke of luck was being paired with Sales Associate Jeremy Cates. Jeremy consistently made himself available to answer my many questions before, during, and after the purchase of my King Ranch. His communication has always been timely, clear, and concise. by NY Customer on 06/11/2025My husband drove over 6 hours after an agreed trade in and purchase price. We had insurance set up to start and the loan with a cashiers check for the purchase. They tried to bait and switch. Changed all agreeed prices. Horrible customer… service!!! How can you do this after the customer drove from out of state and took the day off from work! My husband was a general manager of a ford dealership previously. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealership we have ever dealt with. Do NOT do business here. We have never had a problem with any other purchase of a vehicle. He worked with James, Alexis and the Sales Manager Chase. They are clueless!!! Rude, lied to us and wasted our time and money. They are far from a good rated dealership!!!

I was especially satisfied with the service I received from Ed Withrow at the dealership. He is extremely courteous, helpful and… knowledgeable! I highly recommend him and the dealership!Free Oil Change and Car Wash.

( understandable, who isn’t these days) I said no problem my appointment isn’t till later. To… my surprise, Ed called around 11:15 to let me know my Escape was ready and I had Ford rewards so the total charge was $0. Thank you Ed. Really do appreciate your help. Also, the courtesy driver was awesome. Picked me up to get my vehicle. Thanks again!!Lincoln Nautilus

by NY Girl on 04/21/2021While avoiding an animal I hit a curb very hard. Put a hole in my tire. Called Quick Lane and spoke to Bill at 8am who said he would order a tire and have it by 3pm same day. I arrived back at 3:15 pm and by 4:05 I had a new tire on the… car and a complete 4 wheel alignment ( the wheel that hit the curb was badly out of alignment .) My husband came with me to ensure I had a good experience and when he saw Bill Salta who he knew from many years as a customer of Salta Tires said “ Don’t worry you’re in good hands”, and I was. I had a very different experience at Irwin’s main service dept. When I expressed my concern to Bill that maybe I had damaged the rim he took the time to look at the rim with me and explained it was just cosmetic damage. I’ll be using Quick Lane for all basic service needs with my Lincoln.Fast and friendly
