Class act all around!

I've been a dedicated Ford/Lincoln customer since the early '70's and only five years ago my "home" dealership owners retired. After 40 years of excellent personalized service I was searching for a reputable replacement and someone… mentioned Irwin. Although they are over an hour away, after my first visit there for service on our Lincoln MKX I knew I had found the right place. A few weeks ago I decided to downsize from my much loved F150 to a new Maverick, and that led me to the Bowtie Guy", Seamus McNally, at Irwin. His, and their entire staff's courtesy, professionalism and caring are at a level rarely seen in today's retail environment, especially as it relates to vehicles. I wholeheartedly recommend Seamus and the entire Irwin family to anyone looking for a new vehicle or quality service on one you already own!

by Good job on 05/13/2021I was just having a maintenance check up, and it was pretty painless. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. They even found a air filter that looked like a mouse had attacked it. And they replaced it. Hollis did a good job… as far as I'm concerned.Seamless and easy new car purchase

After our first purchase Tom would stay in contact with us to make sure that the vehicle we had purchased was to our satisfaction. This… week I returned to Irwin Motors and again Tom put us in another great SUV. This latest purchase was a used vehicle and Tom followed up with their service department and their detailing group to make sure that this vehicle was in great condition when we picked it up. I might note that we live in Maine so we have a 100 mile trip to buy a vehicle from Irwin - well worth the trip.Great experience

Bob continued to update me with the status and progress of my car. He along with the whole… staff were very friendly, with updates to all who were waiting in the lounge. From making an appointment to the finished product I was shown kindness and compassion. They all felt my pain having to continually boost my car! Bob explained exactly what was done and what he would do if I continued to have issues. He is wonderful!!! They all are!Seamus rocks!

by Mike on 03/14/2021I didn’t like waiting for two hours for an oil change and new tires. I would say 1-1/4 hours is more than sufficient. Also I saw a sign prominently displaying that every 30 minutes an update would be relayed...not the case. I have had great… experience here before. Today they had the “b” team. I was given an extra car wash ticket which seemed like throwing a snowball at the sun. I can assure you that once my “free” maintenance term is fulfilled, (which I paid for), I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for any work. They are far from the best. Last time I was there I got an inspection and upon arriving home I had a voicemail saying that they gave me the wrong registration. I drove all the way back without any recompense. I understand mistakes happen, however if you are searching for them, this is the place for you.The luck of the Irish!

Seamus was on fire ... he was juggling so many customers, but taking time… with each of us! He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service! Despite being extremely busy all day, he was attentive and answered all my questions. When the first truck I looked at did not fit my needs, he was… quick to suggest another one that ended up being perfect.
