I didn’t like waiting for two hours for an oil change and new tires. I would say 1-1/4 hours is more than sufficient. Also I saw a sign prominently displaying that every 30 minutes an update would be relayed...not the case. I have had great experience here before. Today they had the “b” team. I was given an extra car wash ticket which seemed like throwing a snowball at the sun. I can assure you that once my “free” maintenance term is fulfilled, (which I paid for), I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for any work. They are far from the best. Last time I was there I got an inspection and upon arriving home I had a voicemail saying that they gave me the wrong registration. I drove all the way back without any recompense. I understand mistakes happen, however if you are searching for them, this is the place for you.
