Class act all around!

I've been a dedicated Ford/Lincoln customer since the early '70's and only five years ago my "home" dealership owners retired. After 40 years of excellent personalized service I was searching for a reputable replacement and someone… mentioned Irwin. Although they are over an hour away, after my first visit there for service on our Lincoln MKX I knew I had found the right place. A few weeks ago I decided to downsize from my much loved F150 to a new Maverick, and that led me to the Bowtie Guy", Seamus McNally, at Irwin. His, and their entire staff's courtesy, professionalism and caring are at a level rarely seen in today's retail environment, especially as it relates to vehicles. I wholeheartedly recommend Seamus and the entire Irwin family to anyone looking for a new vehicle or quality service on one you already own!

I appreciate the clear evaluation of the status of my car and Bill Salta… was quite helpful in getting follow-up information. Would definitely recommend. We needed a new car after my husband's died suddenly but I may ne the most indecisive person on earth so we… spent the entire day test driving vehicles here. It was a busy day so Seamus was running around trying to handle multiple clients at once but we never once felt like we were not a priority. Best sales guy I have ever interacted with, hands down! Buy here. But specifically go see the 'guy with the bowtie'!Committed

Car buying and servicing aren’t my favorite things to do, but Irwin makes both pleasurable experiences. For service- I had my 20,000 scheduled… service on my 2019 Highlander (also purchased at Irwin) today. Not only were they finished earlier than they said, they also took the time to tell me how everything went. AND gave me a free car wash voucher at a car wash place in Laconia. The staff was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I have had experiences at other NH dealerships and NOT ONE can compare to Irwin. They have proven how car dealerships SHOULD be over the past 12 years- all others (except Peters Honda of Nashua- they were great, too) pale in comparison. Irwin Toyota is hands down the best Toyota dealership in New England.New Car Purchase

After we decided on a price the whole transaction went quite smoothly. They showed different… options for extended service and warranty with no pressure to buy. Tom then took me out to the vehicle and spent quite a bit of time showing me the various systems and how to use them. I would definitely go back in the future when looking for my next vehicle.Great service!

He offered me the same tire that I have used for the last eight years but also suggested… other kinds that would work as well and saved me money and answered all my questions! I didn’t wait long at all for the service visit and they were attentive, kind, and i was happy doing business with them!Great Service!

It actually was too soon for the oil change and I was told it was not necessary at this time but I was given the option to go ahead with it if I wanted. I chose to wait which… made me happy. Saved some money. I had a slow leak in one tire. The cause turned out to be a puncture in the tire and was not repairable plus the tread was worn enough so that it required that both front tires be replaced. I was given information on what needed to be done and the cost for the service.before anything was done. I was not pressured into having the service performed. I found the cost and everything to be reasonable and had the tires replaced. The work was done in the estimated time. I was treated with courtesy, respect and kindness.
