Huge help!

I went in knowing which used car I wanted and Ashley was a huge help in making it happen that day and making me feel informed throughout the process, as it was my first non-craigslist experience and as I drove quite the distance.

    This was my 1st service on my new Sonata. Bob Cote saw to my car getting an oil change and had the service dept check my tires and did a complete check of my car all in a very short time. Looking forward to being a regular customer at Irwins.

    Bob Cote in Service is always courteous and professional. He is an asset to your organization. I am always treated great by everyone there. Great staff all around. I highly recommend Irwin Hyundai for all your car service needs. I no longer own a Hyundai and I still have my vehicles serviced there!

    I took my Tuscan in for a recall, but realized I also needed a state inspection. The staff had no problem accommodating my request and performed the task in under the time suggested. The staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. I continue to appreciate this dealership

    The dreaded "car search" is usually a scary prospect for me, with plenty of bad experiences in the past. However, I can't say enough for the entire staff at Irwin Hyundai! Contact via internet went well, and then dealing with Mike, Adam, James and other staff was comfortable and non-pressured. With so much comparison shopping available today, I did look around to compare prices, and would encourage anyone to do the same - but was very impressed with how competitive Irwin's pricing is. The bottom line wasn't even close, including the dealer in Manchester who'll "match any offer". Not to be critical, but that just wasn't true in our case. What really impressed me, when all was said and done, was that the Irwin staff made sure that I knew of all existing special offers through Hyundai. That also made a difference in the end cost of our vehicle. This kind of experience will bring me back there as a repeat customer - with many car dealers there's an angle - sure it's a tough business - but in this case I didn't feel like just another customer to "sell". That's a rare experience these days, in my opinion, and we wanted to share this good experience.

    Brought my Hyundai Sonata in for service and inspection. Kaylynn Brown was outstanding. She was extremely efficient and service was very prompt. I expected to be there much longer than I was. Thank you Kaylynn!

    I had brought my new Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change and was greeted by Bob. I feel like I am treated like I am the only customer. I was waiting and Kaylynn came and talked with me. I knew she was busy but she made the time. Your service and sales departments are the best around. I am on my 4th Hyundai and would never have any one service it but Irwin Hyundai. Thank you for the amazing service!!!!

    We had our 2014 Santa Fe detailed at Irwin Hyundai. The service mamager, Bob Cote, made sure we had an excellent experience. From setting up the appointment to checkout, Bob was on top of things-always pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with the outstanding job on our car-it was like new again.     Thanks to Bob Cote and his staff for the first oil change of my wife's new Sonata Hybrid Limited. The tech, Chris, was especially helpful in investigating mice nesting in the cabin filter box and cleaning and applying anti-rodent spray, as well as replacing the filter. Chris also showed me where to apply other materials to keep the mice away. I purchased steel rims, tire sensors, and new snow tires for this car which Bob is keeping until I return in November to have them installed (at no charge). I will gladly continue to travel 66 miles (each way) for Irwin's excellent service.

  • Brakes on a 2012 Tundra

    We we're in NH for a few days pulling our travel trailer when the brakes began making noise. I called one dealership, left a message and never got a call back. I called the Toyota dealer in Laconia and they said that their schedule was full but would place calls to see if we could get in at another of their shops. This was very late in the day and the other shops were closed. Before 8:00AM I was called by Bob Cotes who got me an appointment for that morning. Bob was extremely friendly. Checked in at appointment time, vehicle was checked and quote was given. Chris, the mechanic was very thorough in explaining the situation. Bob got us a ride to get some breakfast and during our walk back Bob called to say the job was done, ahead of schedule. Bill was exactly what they quoted. Chris took me for a ride around the block to explain what they had done. I have a dealership where I live in MA that I trust. They have proven themselves a few times that the customer comes first.     Great, great, great experience at Irwin's Hyundai yesterday! Have owned an SUV for 20+ years and had been looking for couple of months to transition to a car. Wanted comfort and luxury and found both in the 2017 Sonata 2.0T Limited. Once we decided on this particular vehicle, we shopped several Hyundai dealers in VT, NH and MA and Irwin Hyundai offered the best price and trade in value for my Tahoe. I live in VT but traveled to Laconia, NH to purchase my new Sonata. Couldn't be happier with my car and the service from Steve, Scott and crew at Irwin Hyundai was superior to any of the other Hyundai dealers we visited. Will definately recommend to my friends. Thank you again for making this a pleasant transaction!

    My wife and I had a problem with our steering wheel making a loud noise when turning it. Brought it in to the dealer(Irwin Motors) and Bob Cote looked at it and had his mechanic look at it. They found the problem and fixed it. Price was very reasonable and the service was very professional kind. Thank you again, Dan + Ricke Plourde

    I first went to Irving Hyundai to have repairs made to my 2009 Santa Fe. The Service Department exceeded my expectations. The Assistant Service Manager Bob Cote explained to me what they found wrong and then took me into the Service area introduced me to the Technician servicing my vehicle and then the two of them explained what was wrong by showing me the parts needing replacement and then explaining the repair process and time involved. The Service area was clean; the personnel were polite and professional in both their appearance and actions. During subsequent visit to the dealership for service to my car, the service department continued to exceed my expiations always providing polite and courteous service.
