Dealership Service Review
I first went to Irving Hyundai to have repairs made to my 2009 Santa Fe. The Service Department exceeded my expectations. The Assistant Service Manager Bob Cote explained to me what they found wrong and then took me into the Service area introduced me to the Technician servicing my vehicle and then the two of them explained what was wrong by showing me the parts needing replacement and then explaining the repair process and time involved. The Service area was clean; the personnel were polite and professional in both their appearance and actions. During subsequent visit to the dealership for service to my car, the service department continued to exceed my expiations always providing polite and courteous service.
