    I had a great experience at Subaru of Keene. I ordered my car, but was able to test drive a similar car on the lot before hand. Delivery was quick, and informative. Id never used Bluetooth and they explained everything for me!thank you!

    Since 2015, we have become a 5-car Keene Subaru family. Our sales representative, Kathy Kelley, has been with us through all the purchases: a new 2016 Forester for our daughter's father, a used Forester for our daughter, a used Impreza for our granddaughter, a 2018 Forester for me, and lastly, a 2018 Outback for me. After having the 2018 Forester for only a few weeks, I decided I really preferred owing and driving an Outback. I had driven my 2005 Outback for 12 years, and really missed having that model to drive. Subaru of Keene was very helpful and reasonable in making the trade for me. Not only is Kathy Kelley outstanding in all ways, but the entire dealership reflects quality, knowledge, and a clean and pleasant showroom and facility. The Business Manager, Stephen Brynn was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the financial transactions I made with him. For anyone driving by our Keene home at times in the past three years, it appeared from the driveway that perhaps we owned the dealership because of all the Subaru of Keene license plate holders on the cars!     I went in to gather information about Leasing as an alternative after some bad used car choices and was impressed right away that I wasn't pounced on in the lot! After browsing around I took a deep breath and went inside. I was greeted by John with a friendly, reassuring smile which put my mind at ease a bit. We took a test drive in a Limited Crosstrek and he actually listened to me asking me questions on the ride. When he found out what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me the Limited he told me he could get me everything I wanted in a Premium for less money! Wow, a salesman who wasn't pushing the bigger sale! That impressed me. John and the finance team worked with me patiently answering my questions to make me happy with the deal. Again, wow!     John Hannon and the entire team at Keene subaru were very welcoming and professional. Every amazing feature Subaru offers was explained to us in detail and with patience. John did a great job at helping us find the right car for us. The price, the trade-in and the warranty can not be matched! Hassle free stress free really does exist at Subaru of Keene. Thank you John for thinking of my 2 puppies who had 2 subaru dog toys waiting for them in the back seat of our new impreza. All around an excellent dealership very much worth the trip. Thank you!

    My husband was buying me a car for my birthday. After looking at Hondas and Nissans, I knew that I would go back to our tried and true Subaru. We've had an Impreza for a few years now, and I decided I wanted something bigger for transporting bikes, skis, the dog, etc. Based on good word-of-mouth, we went to Subaru of Keene and immediately knew we'd made the right choice. We worked with Kathy Kelley, who was patient and took plenty of time with us. We tried out a couple of different models, did a couple of test drives, and settled on the Outback. While Kathy offered us all the upgrades and extras, she didn't try to hard-sell us. She was able to answer all our questions; anything that she wasn't sure about, she double-checked for us. We were in the dealership on a Saturday and our car was ready for us on Wednesday. When we picked it up, Kathy sat with us in the car for over 30 minutes, showing us how all the bells and whistles work. I have never had this experience buying a new car before! Usually, you're left alone with the owner's manual and end up not really using half the features of your new car. I actually have Bluetooth hooked up for the first time! Kathy was fun to work with, good sense of humor and not pushy. We also had a good experience with the finance manager. All in all, I can't say enough good things about Subaru of Keene.

    After seeing a car I was interested in on the website I decided to go in and check it out. I met salesman Joe Rella on arrival and he located the car and we went for a test drive. He was very helpful and explained every single detail about the car. Joe was patient with me even though I didn't make it easy for him while we negotiated a price for my trade in. We came to an agreement I thought was fair and I purchased the car. Joe also answers emails right away which is a plus.

    It started when Kathy sent me an email introducing herself, and let me know that I could contact her with any questions/concerns since the end of my lease was coming up. That in itself was VERY helpful since I did have lots of questions, but I'd been postponing making any calls since I was afraid of just getting pushed through a hard-sales pitch. When I met with Kathy for our appt. she put me at ease immediately -- she even met me at my car door before I'd had a chance to get out of my car! She was patient with me throughout my hemming and hawing (and there was lots of that), she listened, she offered suggestions, she scolded me to stop playing with the bottle of blue dye... I trusted her. I honestly wasn't expecting to make any decisions when I walked in, but I felt very comfortable committing to a purchase then and there.

    My experience buying my car at the Subaru dealership in Keene, was excellent. My salesman Mike Golson was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. As soon as my husband and I walked in the door he greated us with a smile and asked he could help us. We appreciated his attentiveness, and interest in helping us find a car we really wanted. With his help he located the exact car that suited us. We love our new car, since then he has followed up with a few phone calls to check in with us making sure all is going well, asking if we have any questions.     I went to the Subaru of Keene on a Sunday to check out vehicles, pricing, etc but was too overwhelming on my own so left. That Thursday evening after work, I drove over from Brattleboro, VT where I live and work after I made an appointment to talk with someone about turning in my current leased car and leasing another one. My original sales person from three years ago no longer worked there so they had me speak with John Hannon. John listened to what my needs were in price range as well as the type of vehicle I was looking for. There was exactly one vehicle on the lot (2018!) that fit this. We took it for a test drive and handled beautifully. This vehicle sits up a bit higher than my old one (Impreza) which I like very much. After getting a figure, I explained to John that I was leaving for an out of state trip early Saturday morning, returning late that evening and then on vacation to another place the next day for a week. I told him I'd need to pick it up the next night after work. John made it happen! He was very polite (opening doors and speaking respectfully to me), sincere which made this one an even better experience than my first one. The reason I came over originally to Keene is that Brattleboro didn't treat me very well about 5 years ago when I went to their dealership to see about trading a BMW I had. Because it left a bad taste in my mouth, I decided not pursue a new vehicle at that time. Two years after that, I went online looking for Subaru vehicle and Keene was the only one that responded to me. Once I went to the dealership for my first one and a good experience with being treated respectfully, right then I decided my loyalty would be with them. I would recommend John as a salesperson to any one as he is not a typical one in that he doesn't push for a sale but lets you make an informed decision.     Upon first meeting John Hannon at Subaru of Keene, I just knew that I was in good, kind, capable hands, and, consequently relaxed because I felt that this important, expensive, decision would be reached by the two of us working together exploring the possibilities and coming to the best decision. And, that is just exactly how it happened! Being an 85 year old woman and a widow, I've had little experience in purchasing automobiles and less knowledge about the mechanics, the pluses and minuses of various models available. John was able to ask me the pertinent questions needed to start leading me into the right direction. All this without a shred of "car salesman pressure". He simply was an interested source of information for me! When I suggested leasing instead of buying, he immediately changed gears and supplied me with all the advantages I might find in going on that path, which is what I eventually decided to do. I found that John Hannon was my friend, working to help me see my way clear into making this big, for me, decision. He was very knowledgable and happy to answer any and all questions - - seeking answers when needed. He is a personable man, respectful, and attentive to any questions that I had or that might come up in the weeks and months to come. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to go to him at any time of day with a question and be received in a genuinely welcoming, friendly, and caring way! I will be recommending him whenever possible and feel the same about Subaru of Keene, of course!!

    John made sure he switched my insurance, he sync'd and setup my Bluetooth, and it was all the personal touches that meant the most after purchasing the new car. Additionally he explained things so that I understood and did not mind repeating important things about all the functions in the Forrester. He wasn't pushy when we did the initial test drive, but was attentive at the same time. He is very down to earth and I would highly recommend John as your sales person. Also we went looking for a 2017 with a certain specification and both Derek and John went out of their way to locate what I wanted but in a 2018 model at another dealership and made the cost comparable.
