Dealership Sales Review
Subaru of Keene made purchasing a new car easy. I first looked on their website to compare models and look at their available inventory. Obtaining a quote for my trade triggered a phone call from the dealership inquiring if they could answer any questions or show me any of their new vehicles. When Mark (salesperson) called he answered several questions I had and we set up an appointment to meet and test drive a new vehicle. Working with Mark was a pleasure. We first test drove a vehicle, then back at the dealership he answered all of my questions concerning that specific model. He also walked me through my options for purchasing a new vehicle, from financing and trade-in to available accessories and options. He was low key, no pressure, a real pleasure to work with. At no time did I feel that I was being forced into a deal. I feel that the final arrangements we made to purchase this new vehicle were fair to both me and the dealership. The day after I purchased the vehicle I realized that I had left my E-Z Pass transponder in the vehicle I had traded. When I called the dealership they said they would retrieve it. The next day when I went to pick it up, Mark had the transponder waiting for me. No hassle, no problems! What a relief. Would I purchase another vehicle from Subaru of Keene and request Mark as my salesperson? You bet I would. Obviously I have not had a chance to try out their service department yet, but if it is as good as the sales department, this is going to be a long lasting relationship.
