by Not_Impressed on 01/28/2020Today I worked with one David Hastings at Fairfield Kia of Keene. I don’t know how many times I had to repeat myself just to be made out to feel stupid or like I was lesser because I don’t have the same amount of money as others just to… pull out of my butt. I was dumbfounded at how terrible I felt at the end of my day. I told them I had to leave originally at 12:30pm and didn’t leave their parking lot until 1:30pm. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Their SERVICE department is great but their sales department is Not good at all. When I first bought my vehicle I was told I’d have brand new brakes and drove out of there days later thinking they were done . Low and behold they weren’t touched and I was told by sales that they “never told me that”. Not impressed AT ALL.After the sale, customer service stops.
by ceg123 on 07/11/2019Found the vehicle I wanted online, test drove it, and mentioned the studded snow tires are illegal to drive on outside of winter months in Massachusetts and also that the brakes were pulsating. Salesperson promised new tires and brakes… would be fixed. Went to pick up the car and it had the new tires, had been somewhat cleaned and buffed, and we drove the car home. They said they misplaced one of the keys and they would send it to me when they found it. They never found it and told me I would have to pay for a new one because its a used vehicle, even though they had 2 when I agreed to purchase it. After a few weeks of driving, the brakes began pulsing terribly. I contacted service to see what they had done and they said there was no brake work done on the car. Reached out to the salesperson and general manager, but only got an email back from the GM asking for my phone number (which is on file there...) so I emailed him my number and have yet to hear from him. Customer service here is so awful and its discouraging to think I'm going to have to put hundreds of dollars into a car I just purchased because they didn't follow through with what they promised and are not responding to me.Just had to.
by Terry on 03/19/2019I just had to .I went in for an oil change on my 2017 Kia Sorento and ended up driving home in a new telluride. I fell in love .I'm am loving this car and I love the service I get at fairfields. I bought my first Kia there and now this one… .I have no thought of going anywhere else . I actually got my mom to come and purchase a 2019 Sorento the same day. We are both happy. Thank you!!Amazing Service and Great Price!!

I had let her know what kind of vehicle I was looking for and she diligently kept her eye out for me. In less than two weeks she found a… vehicle that suited my needs, exceeded my expectations for a FAIR price! I had the pleasure of talking with Haleigh over email and she was so nice and accommodating in setting up an appointment for me. She… communicated everything I was looking for to her general manager, Jirad, so that when I came in there were no surprises. When I arrived at my appointment they had the car ready, everyone knew my name, and Jirad came up shook my hand and introduced himself. Everyone was so warm and inviting! Then the great experience came when Jennifer brought over the car and showed me all the features in it, and we went for an awesome test drive. Jennifer got me to love the car without ever pressuring me to buy it. When it came time to make the deal, Jirad gave me an incredible deal and was more than generous in giving me money for my trade in vehicle. When I wanted to pass on the warranties we went straight to signing the deal with no pressure to buy anything. I'm truly impressed! A dealership that treats you like family is a hard find these days. Goodbye Mustang, and Hello Stinger GT2!!Good time

We were lucky to have Michael Wright as our salesperson. He made sure we were able… to get in a vehicle that included all of our must-haves and showed us several options to keep us as close as possible to our budget. We were surprised to find out that we could take our new vehicle home that day! Very pleased with Fairfield's and I would definitely recommend them. by traciecline on 10/04/2014we are a family of 3 on ssi that was in desperate need of a safe reliable vehicle for our 6 year old daughter and my husband that is very sick. Our credit wasn't the best but they found a loan company that would take us on and they worked… hard to get the payments as low as they could. We went from a 97 Honda Accord on it's last legs to a 2012 Ford Fiesta. Very happy!First Car Forte

They were extremely caring and kind to me, my father and my grandfather with whom they also made a great effort to thank him… for his service in WWII. I'm glad that I was able to make a deal with them on my new car because I don't think I would have been as satisfied anywhere else. And a giant shoutout to Matthew C. and Patrick L.!!!! by MARDO413 on 06/23/2014I purchased my vehicle just over 1 year ago. I did a lot of research and found Fairfield Kia online. After several phone calls and emails I finally got the answers I was looking for and made the trip to NH from Mass. Shopping for a vehicle… couldn't be a more frustrating experience overall, but these guys made it much easier. One thing that was odd initially was that I dealt with one gentleman on the phone or email for about 2 weeks who was helpful and great. Turns out he only does online selling/support. When I got to the dealership I had to work with someone I had no previous experiences with which was a little strange to create a new relationship. Since I was also travelling from out of state and had already established one with the other sales person, made it a little unsettling. My other complaint is my tires. They said they passed inspection and were good to go. Any one who knows what a worn down tire looks like, would agree, but also add in the fact that they won't last much longer. Now, one year later, I'm replacing the tires on the vehicle which is going to be at least $700-$1000. Needless to say, I should have pushed harder, but when you are buying a $27,000 vehicle, you think they would take that in to consideration. Even if they weren't a high quality tire, at least they would be new. In hindsight not replacing these when I purchased the vehicle was ridiculous. The last complaint would be something that just happened the other day. I received an email wishing me a happy 1 year anniversary for my purchase. I expressed my disgust about the tires in a reply and that I still wanted to post a review. All I got was a thanks for shopping here and here is the link. Totally ignoring my tire issue! I don't want to give less than 4 stars because everything else was that great, but that is not good customer service. The be all end all, is my vehicle was as good as advertised, if not better. I feel that I got a great deal and I love it. The financing was easy to setup and all the paperwork took no time at all. I only wish I lived closer so I could service my vehicle there. Again, I don't want to take away from the dealership in the stars category, so it may seem odd to give 4 based on my review, but it is justified. Buying cars isn't easy and everyone is human so you can't expect perfection. All I'm asking for is a little more attention to detail. Take your time. Make the sale and move on. Don't treat people like a number. And Give me some new tires!Our 2nd Kia Soul in 2 years
by DanishViking43 on 04/21/2014updated 06/22/2025First of all I would say that the wife and I was down at Fairfield's on the 4/19/2014 to have done an oilchange and a statinspection, for we have always kept up with the oilchange every 3000 miles, and because it was day before Eastersunday… I wanted to go and say hello to Patrick, and I saw the new Soul park in the showroom, and it looked very very nice.While I was looking Mike G came over and interduced himself and asked very politly if there was anything he could help with. I told him that I was just looking for we had a Kia Soul 2012 we had bought there, and he asked me how much we owed on it and I told him, and then he said to me that if he could get us into a new car for the same money we owed, so I told him that it would be up to my wife to see...Hen then went on to ask if we would like to have a test drive because that didn't cost a penny. So the wife took the car out for a spin with the help from Ben, and when she came back we desided to sit down and talk some more....All the time we were there there was no pressure from Mike's side, and we w\ent on to fill out paper so Patrick could see if they could help us, and they did and we drowe away from Kia Fairfield that day in a new Kia Soul for the same payment we had in the older Soul......I can say that it was a very nice experience we had that day, and all the people we got in contact with acted with very much knowledge and fairness....I would also like to say that your servicedepartment can be reco0mmende 100 % , they always are very polite and is easy to deal with....Thank you for all the help Flemming Fiil 50 Morway Park Charlestown NH 03603We can get a new car?!

I had my wife take a test drive in the snow to be sure she was happy with the performance. The Kia Sorento AWD… passed with ease. They even entertained our kids when we were signing the paper work. I was also impressed that the manger shook my hand and thank me. That tells me we were not just another sale and that they appreciate we bought the car there. They really make it fun to buy a car there, something you don't see anymore.matt h. and rob w.
