Fairfield's Kia

I looked online and chose the car I wanted and decided to contact Fairfield KIA for availability. I had the pleasure of talking with Haleigh over email and she was so nice and accommodating in setting up an appointment for me. She communicated everything I was looking for to her general manager, Jirad, so that when I came in there were no surprises. When I arrived at my appointment they had the car ready, everyone knew my name, and Jirad came up shook my hand and introduced himself. Everyone was so warm and inviting! Then the great experience came when Jennifer brought over the car and showed me all the features in it, and we went for an awesome test drive. Jennifer got me to love the car without ever pressuring me to buy it. When it came time to make the deal, Jirad gave me an incredible deal and was more than generous in giving me money for my trade in vehicle. When I wanted to pass on the warranties we went straight to signing the deal with no pressure to buy anything. I'm truly impressed! A dealership that treats you like family is a hard find these days.
