My Second Kia Soul

He's an amazingly honest and sincere person, a great salesman and the only salesman for our… family. I also would like to say that Katie D. took great care of me and the financing of this vehicle. She explained everything as we went through the paperwork and I look forward to using her when we purchase our next Kia....because I'm totally sold on these great vehicles. Not only was PJ and Lou able to get me into a new Mitsubishi Outlander for an incredible price, but I only rolled over $700 from my trade-in worth $7,000 less than I owed on… it. Bravo team, you have won a lifelong customer. Aside from being extremely happy with my purchase, the team (especially Rob, PJ, Katie and Lou) left my cheeks throbbing from laughing, my belly full from the awesome complimentary lunch, and new Facebook friends I converse with on a regular basis. I want to congratulate the Fairfield Kia team for treating a customer according to their needs; knowing what steps to take to make not only the customer happy, but the right decision for them; and making the entire experience so fun and entertaining that I wasn't ready to leave! I have since been back for my inspection and I can't wait for my first oil change. I feel like I belong there and the extra mile they have gone for me makes me confident in recommending Fairfield's to all of my friends and family.Finally ! A good dealership I can count on !

Knowledgeable, polite, and a good person to know. Helped get fitted with accessories for the… Van Interior too. I have been ripped off by so many dealerships. It is so nice to get a vehicle that I need, rather than the one they figure I can buy.Congratulations on your Chevy Express Cargo Van! Personal no pressure top notch service

Cole was patient, knowledgeable, and explored all the options avaliable for me and my needs. This was by no means a big… money deal but I was treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. I'll be back and I will recommend Fairfield Kia to my friends and familyIt wasn't too good to be true.

Due to being about 2 1/2 hours away we did everything over the phone. The numbers he gave me sounded great almost too good to be true but once my husband and I arrived at the dealership we realized it was true. We immediately met Matt V. who was also very pleasant and professional.He showed us the vehicle and took care of all the details.It was the smoothest and best experience I have ever had with a dealership.Everything was done quickly and we were out of there in no time in my new Kia Sorrento.I am very happy and might even go back there for my first oil change.Deb, we really enjoyed reading this 5-Star Review! Purchased a 2007 Subaru Legacy

I live two hours from the dealership, and wasn't sure what I was going to find when… I finally decided to make the trek. Matt matched me up with Karla, who was also absolutely amazing. We called and gave them our best pricing - obtained online with truecar.com - one call back less than an hour later and they matched it. No other dealer in a 200 mile radius would. I have never met Rob in person or been to the dealership to this day but they had what I wanted and they were willing to work with me over the phone. Rob… helped me get a remote start and roof rack system put on and get it delivered over an hour away so I could hide it from my wife and all within a short period of time. All the folks at Fairfield KIA were very friendly and helpful. My wife was extremely surprised and happy the car is great and with the added features, nicer wheels and interior it looks really sharp, love the moss color too. There is really a lot of value in these cars, many features you would not find on a car of equal cost and the 2.0L is zippy! Paul Lawlor and Rob Winslow were the two that helped me and they were awesome. They made my first car buying experience very… easy and fun for me. And put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and made me understand everything that needed to be done and are still helping me through the process. I will most definitely recommend and refer anyone to them and your dealership.Will never go anywhere else than Fairfield Kia, of Keene, NH

I new it right off the bat. 5 minutes with Rob W. and the staff at Fairfield, and… I knew I had a good match. The process was easy, straightforward and more than fair. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event. Not the case for one bit in all of my dealings with Fairfield, from inception to the delivery of my vehicle to my driveway. Having been in software sales for ( approaching) 20 years,.... I work with buyers and decision makers of all types. So, when I'm on the buying side, I tend to have a high expectation for the type of service, support and salesmanship I'm offered. I think it's enough to say that I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Keene is 60+ miles from my house,... the experience and relationship I built with this dealership will bring me back to them ( and Rob) forever. Thanks for all you did and for making the experience one that didn't feel like any other typical car buying experience I've witnessed in the past. MIKE L. is the best salesperson. Going above and beyond to help me find the vehicle that would… best fit my needs and price range. He is not pushy at all and takes his time to help. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle. I recommend they go to Fairfields Kia and see MIKE L. they will not be disappointed.
