Fairfield's Kia

I wasn't thrilled with my local dealer in Danbury CT so I decided to check out Fairfield Kia because my daughter attends Keene State Colllege and I had passed by it a number of times.I first chatted with Matt H. on the internet and then we talked over the phone.Matt H was very pleasant, professional and attentive to all the requirements I gave him for the vehicle I wanted. Due to being about 2 1/2 hours away we did everything over the phone. The numbers he gave me sounded great almost too good to be true but once my husband and I arrived at the dealership we realized it was true. We immediately met Matt V. who was also very pleasant and professional.He showed us the vehicle and took care of all the details.It was the smoothest and best experience I have ever had with a dealership.Everything was done quickly and we were out of there in no time in my new Kia Sorrento.I am very happy and might even go back there for my first oil change.
