Fairfield's Kia

I am from Nashua, NH,... so there had to be a convincing motivation in the follow through of our Kia Soul purchase from Fairfield Kia in the spring of 2013. I new it right off the bat. 5 minutes with Rob W. and the staff at Fairfield, and I knew I had a good match. The process was easy, straightforward and more than fair. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event. Not the case for one bit in all of my dealings with Fairfield, from inception to the delivery of my vehicle to my driveway. Having been in software sales for ( approaching) 20 years,.... I work with buyers and decision makers of all types. So, when I'm on the buying side, I tend to have a high expectation for the type of service, support and salesmanship I'm offered. I think it's enough to say that I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Keene is 60+ miles from my house,... the experience and relationship I built with this dealership will bring me back to them ( and Rob) forever.
