Viewed car online; fast and accurate response to questions; able to negotiate price prior to making appointment to see car(meaning out the door price with no hidden fees or surprises) ; internet staff arranged… meeting with sales person based on my convenience; sales person very knowledgeable and able to do all paper work, no having to meet with numerous other people to complete deal; sales staff on time, friendly, and not pushy. Car was ready when we arrive for meeting. We viewed and purchased the car. Out the door and driving home within an hour and a half. Price was as agree: no extra charges and all paper work was complete. The way car buying should be! Maggie was responsive, informative and courteous as she helped me get details on available trucks and schedule a test drive. Once there, Alex helped me with specifications,… options and pricing. I felt he was honest and respectful of my time. Not once was I stuck in the dealership while they played the 'let me talk to my manager game!' Likewise, Alex honored the parameters of our initial conversations regarding pricing, options, down payment, term, etc, and Lee was knowledgeable and diligent in working out financing. The SUV he suggested was perfect for her, and the price he offered was very reasonable for that vehicle. Tim was… professional, honest and easy to deal with.
