I had a great experience at Bob Mariano from start to finish. Maggie was responsive, informative and courteous as she helped me get details on available trucks and schedule a test drive. Once there, Alex helped me with specifications, options and pricing. I felt he was honest and respectful of my time. Not once was I stuck in the dealership while they played the 'let me talk to my manager game!' Likewise, Alex honored the parameters of our initial conversations regarding pricing, options, down payment, term, etc, and Lee was knowledgeable and diligent in working out financing. In the end I left with a great truck and a positive feeling!
