    They Listened to my concerns And gave me an estimate as to what it may cost to fix, to which I agreed. However they found the fix to be less than estimated and they charged me less. I would have never known. I really appreciated their honesty.

    Friendly service in a timely fashion, my state inspection was free, and I was comfortable while I waited for the work to be done. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand.

    Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Associate was professional and courteous. Cost was reasonable and my Fit passed with flying colors.

    The valet service was great. The service department called and explained what concerns were noted. Everything was done in a timely fashion.

    I liked that Travis was upfront, hassle-free, and willing to look in to answers for any of the questions we had that he didn't already know the answers to. I also appreciate that Grappone Honda doesn't base their employees salaries on commission. So, during these uncertain times, it allows them the peace of mind to know that they will still be able to provide for their families, regardless of the drop in sales due to the pandemic and decreased production. That also allows them to focus on the customers needs, and not trying to sell something that would increase their take home pay.

    The service advisor- David Blakney was polite & helpful. Everyone was wearing a mask. Dave cleaned off my keys before he gave them back to me. I felt safe there. Great job!!

    I really appreciated that Erik was so focused on providing great customer service. He was great during the initial search when I just wanted to get in test drive a bunch of cars and leave; he didn’t seem to mind at all that I was just looking and didn’t even try to make a sales pitch or waste my time. The first day I also sent an email after hours expecting him to reply the next day - instead he replied that evening and when I apologized for bothering him after hours he basically said no problem that’s what he was there for. He also stayed in touch and reached out to me whenever the price on the car we were looking at dropped. I also appreciated knowing that his commission was not based on selling me a more expensive car, so I knew he was just trying to help me get the car that would work best for me.
