I’ve been a customer for quite a few years. Prior to that, my fiancé was a customer for 10 years. In the past 2 years I have felt that the service department is much slower and are more concerned about the extra services they recommend that they’ve “found” during your appointment. I will go for my free inspections but will take all my services to a more trusted local mechanic that doesn’t jerk me around or make me wait or “find” issues that aren’t real issues.

I purchased four new tires during the Grappone tire sale and had winterizing of my CRV done….and they found a mouse nest in the air filters and behind the glove compartment and cleaned that all out and checked the wiring…as well as doing the expected replacement of tires, balancing and re alignment.

In for State inspection and service.Older car, part required. Staff courteous, explains all detail about needed service. Offer of loaner..not needed. Car detailed....looking and sounding purrfect!! Thank you for taking such good care of my 2006 Honda!

Needed an oil change. Friendly, professional atmosphere. Got oil change, tires rotated, & state inspection. Waiting area comfortable, quiet, & clean. Could not have been easier. I liked the video!
