Grappone Honda
Dealership Service Review
I drove my car into the Grappone Honda service bay at 9:30 on Friday, January 3. The man who met me was super friendly and welcoming. When I walked through the door, my reception became very icy. Three men doing their absolute best to not make eye contact. Each one looking down as if to say “please don’t approach my desk”. So sad. No greeting. Nothing. No “can I help you”. I chose the man on the far left. Super unfriendly. I was there for recall service. You know? Not my FAULT. I had several questions and he answered them with blunt one word replies. So rude! I went to the waiting area. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. All the buttons are broken. No popcorn. If you are going to offer popcorn, then make it. Don’t make people ask. I wanted to see Eric who sold me my car but he was not in yet. I went into the showroom because I was interested in asking questions about an Odyssey and a Pilot. The two men there never greeted me, never looked at me until I approached them. As far as I’m concerned I could’ve been there that day to buy a brand new car. I asked about the models I was interested and their reply was oh, there’s a couple outside if you want to look. Seriously like that is the last place on earth I would ever buy another a car if that is how the sales people treated me. When I bought my Honda CRV hybrid Eric could not have been more friendly and that is the reason that I decided to go with Grappone Honda. Based on my experience in Concord, I will probably go to Keene in the future. I had heard wonderful things about Concord, but Friday was not an example of any of them.
