    Brock was extremely pleasant and helpful. He explained everything fully. Everything went well except for the computer which was down for quite awhile. We had to wait longer than usual, but that was not his fault.

    I had a positive experience with the salesman. I did have to wait for a few weeks to get my car because of financing, but glad I had to wait rather than them giving me the car and calling me back saying something didn't go through and taking it back. So I liked that part

    I basically bought my car on the internet. The internet guy answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He took me on a test drive on the freeway. Then he patiently went over most of the equipment with me. He was very thorough. Then when I returned that evening to pick up the car, he went over some more of the instructions and told me to feel free to come back anytime I needed help or had questions.

    I recently purchased a new 2015 Legacy, drove it for a couple of months, then realized it wasn't the car for me. I went back to the dealership and traded it in for a new 2016 WRX. They made the whole process very painless and I didn't even take too big a hit on the trade in. This is how a car dealership is supposed to be.

    Just got my 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited and I absolutely love it. Runs terrific, looks great and the interior is so comfortable and attractive. My sales associate (Calin) was great. Friendly, informative and patient. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

    I had 2 new experiences in buying a new car: First contact was online and within 30 minutes I had a price quote, and the Online Sales Manager, CoCo, did not play games with me. The quote was within $400 of the final purchase price, and I got straight answers to every inquiry. I was totally satisfied and pleased with every aspect of making the purchase.

    I purchased a new Outback from the internet sales department at Lithia Reno Subaru after extensive research and contacting numerous dealers around the west. It was great to find the best price at my hometown dealership. Transaction was smooth from beginning to end and I never felt pressured. Jesse in the sales department really took care of us.

    I worked with Casey White on the purchase of my new Subaru Crosstrek. I gave him the specs I was looking for and he showed me both the Crosstrek and the Forester. Since I have a child those were my 2 focused vehicles upon coming on the lot. I ended up going on test drives in both, taking a week to sort through my thoughts, and came back wanting the Crosstrek. Casey knew the color combo I wanted and when we couldn't find it on the front lot and I was about to settle on a color combo and package that wasn't 100% of what I wanted. He went the extra mile to walk around the lot front and back and found what I was looking for. I am very pleased with my purchase, I would definitely come back in future years to the Lithia Subaru in Reno. Everyone that helped me with the deal was respectful and pleasant. It was the best purchasing experience I have had buying a car and would recommend them to everyone.

    The first time I went in to the dealer ship I was met by a man named German. The dealership only had the car I wanted in a color I did not want. German was the typical car salesman. He was pushy and aggressive just trying to sell the car. He didn't really care about how you truly felt about the car our your experience. It made me feel uncomfortable and I finally told my boyfriend we needed to leave. After talking to a few friends about the experience, one of them said he had purchased a car there and hooked me up with a gentleman named Paul. I never actually met Paul, but we got everything worked out via email. The car I wanted was going to be delivered in a month which I was 100% fine waiting for it because it was everything that I wanted. I went in to put a deposit down with Jesse. He was great too! Very polite and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was great when the car arrived because Jesse texted me a picture of the car and called to tell me it was in. It was as if he was as excited as I was about the car. The day I could pick up the car Paul and Jesse were both not available, but Paul called and told me he would be setting me up with another one of this guys named Brock. Brock was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The three of them were a dream team. They really made buying a car at Lithia Subaru a great experience. I would buy a car from any or all three of these gentlemen again! Thank you Paul, Jesse, and Brock! I love my new car! In all the excitement I forgot the gentleman that helped with the finance of the car, but he was great too! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

    We are very happy with the price of our new car. Costco had a good deal. We have now bought 3 cars using the Costco deal. CoCo was very patient with us. We didn't feel any pressure to buy. He answered all our questions and went through his list thoroughly. We felt very informed. CoCo was the best...he deserves a raise!

    Purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback V6 via the Costco program. Calin Varga was the contact and he was awesome. Searched for a car for me in February, but no V6's to be found. So I ordered a car. Since I was in Hawaii at the time, everything was via phone and e-mail. During one of my visits to Reno in April, stopped by to talk story with Calin and he insisted that I take a test drive, even though I told him I had already checked out the car on Maui. He was great, showing me all the features of the car and even taking me off road (somewhere that I wouldn't take my own car!) The car was delivered in early May, but due to scheduling issues I couldn't get to Reno till June 4. Calin said no problem...they would hold the car for me for the month. When I picked it up, it was everything I was looking for and Calin once again was great through the sales process. Have used the car extensively in the last few weeks and am more than satisfied. Only negative is that the doors do not lock automatically...feature of most new cars that seems to be missing. Looking forward to working with Calin and Lithia in the future!

    The internet sales manager Cosmin "Coco" Covaciu was easy to deal with and took good care of us when we drove to Reno to pick up the car. All the accessories we wanted were in stock.Coco put us at the head of the Service Dept's line those accessories requiring installation (hitch) and showed me how to put on the roof top carrier.

    This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new car. They respected that we only wanted to negotiate via e-mail, were quick with responds and kept their word. All transactions should go like this, then people would not think so poorly of car dealers.
