    Went through several options for purchasing or leasing new Legacy. All personnel from sales to finance to general management were very helpful and courteous. Third Subaru we have bought/leased in ten years.

    The sales person, Austion McCall did an excellent job on 5/24/2015, his birthday, with the purchase of our 20155 Outback. Austin was very professionally, very knowledge about the product, very helpful in answering all the questions, very patience and a good listener. Austin was a pleasure to deal with and asked us many times "are you happy with this car, is this what you want, is there anything else you like the car to have". Austin also put us at ease with arriving at our purchase price and never was any pressure applied. It was just a excellent experience purchasing our 3rd. Subaru. We could not have asked for a better experience thanks to Austin. Austin makes the dealership looking excellent.

    Last Saturday I went in to Lithia, to buy a new car, my experience with the internet sales team wasn’t that great. Before I went down to Lithia, I went on the Lithia website to see what my trade in was worth, I gave my trade a good condition which was about $7000.00. When I Findlay chose a car and agreed on a price, they made me feel that I was getting a discount on the new car. When the sales person came back from the sales office” the guy that makes the deals” with the paperwork, it showed only $4000.00 for my trade, I told them that on your website the traed in value on my car is $7000.00 and that’s what I want, they then said,” well if we give you $7000.00 for your car then we won’t discount are car:, who talks like that. So long story short, I “had” to pay sticker for the car, what a bad experience, I will never buy another car their agene.

    This is my second Outback purchase from Reno Subaru. Jesse, our sales person, was outstanding in both knowledge and customer service. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to him.

    These guys have a huge inventory, and they are always getting new cars. The sales process was very friendly, efficient, and low-pressure. I feel I got a fair price for a quality new car. I would recommend these guys to family and friends.

    My husband and I went in to check out the prices on see if they had any opportunities that were in or price range. Not only were they able to get us a new car in our price range, but everyone was so nice. We had the easiest time buying a car here and will tell all our friends

    We've bought many cars and this was the easiest. The Costco program eliminated the stress of negotiations (we're terrible). The salesman knew exactly what we wanted and was extremely helpful and the finance manager was personable, professional. We were in and out with our new car in record time.

    I took a thorough test drive lasting about a half an hour. All questions were answered. We worked with the internet manager for the purchase and ordered exactly what I wanted. We received the Outback within the time promised and received a good price.

    I had not bought a new car since 1986 and was not looking forward to it. I did all of my work on line, visiting over five dealerships and going through Costco just to avoid visiting a dealership personally. Costco directed us to Cosmin Covaciu with Lithia Subaru of Reno. I ask this guy about so many cars and Costco prices that I was sure he was going to get tired of my emails, he never did, and never once did he write that I had to come in and see him face to face to get a price. Cosmin just said that when we were ready just give him a call. I was sill looking on line at the other dealerships in California and getting prices. We visited our local dealership just to get an idea between the Outback and Forester, but knew there was no way they were going to beat any of the other prices in the area. We finally decided on a couple of vehicles in Lithia's inventory to look at, maybe to buy or not, but we were armed with the prices from Costco and from dealerships in California. We met Cosmin Covaciu and Paul Bushnell, These guys were great, not pushy at all. We found a Forester that we liked and took it for a test drive. Paul said I can get you this car at this price (I did not even tell him I had a price form the Costco list and the price he gave beat Costco.), and then all he ask was if we wanted to go in and talk about it. We decided to talk and the ended up matching a price from California. What a no-pressure buy for us. Then came a hitch with the car, I won't go into details but Paul was not happy about what happened to us and was going to make it right. Found us the same model Forester but with only 4 miles, for the exact same deal. No pressure to add this or that. Paul and Cosmin were great to deal with, not at all what I was expecting. My father in-law will be looking for a new Subaru and I am going to recommend Paul Bushnell and Cosmin Covaciu and Lithia.

    Brock was very knowledgeable and patient with my purchase process. My husband and I were looking for what could be the vehicle to get us thru our golden years, and research has led us to believe that the Subaru Outback may be that vehicle. Brock covered every feature of the Outback thoroughly during my first visit/test drive. And then he repeated the process one week later for my husband. The price negotiation process was very satisfactory - no hasseling. I feel I got a fair price, which stood until my husband was available. Brock followed through one week later to make sure we are enjoying the Outback and have no questions. I know I can contact him later on if any concerns arise. I have already driven 500 miles in the Outback, and I can truly say that it has exceeded my expectations at this point. Its ride is one of the most comfortable I have experienced., and surprisingly fun at the same time. I think I will be another owner who absolutely loves their Subaru for many miles to come

    I had been considering trading my 2013 Outback because I was not happy with the cloth seats, loved the car but not the interior. I had talked to Paul Bushnell a few months earlier about upgrading and he had sent me an e-mail earlier in the week to see if i was still interested and to assure me that if I was he would take care of me. After going to the local new car show to compare other makes I decided to stop by Lithia Subaru. It was very busy but Paul took the time and I found the new car I was looking for and he and Randy made it happen.

    I just want to say that I hate buying cars and this purchase was a great experience. Some family had just purchased a Subaru and were very pleased with the service and the car. The sales team was great and the value of the car is simply amazing.

    We had a preference in mind and our salesperson stayed on point with several selections. We discussed options, took test drive and made our decision. The biggest negative was the long wait to close the deal. An hour plus to sign the papers.
