Three were non starters for us after our first day so we were down to two Makes and Models. Smoothest Car Purchase Ever Experienced

Akeem was very knowledgeable, honest, and calm. Because of a time constraint, the… finance department agreed to an online closing which was very convenient and appreciated. Not Pushy, Could be more Knowledgable
by Gregg on 09/23/2024I had a great experience buying a new car here. I first came in just to test dive a new 2024 Kia Sportage PHEV. Ben was our sales representative and showed us some of the features. He also shoed us the Prestige model of the Sportage and the… Niro PHEV. After the test drive, we said were weren't ready to purchase just yet and he provided his business card without any additional pressure to purchase. My only critique about him is that he didn't show us all of the features of the vehicle which we are still discovering. After reaching out to many different dealerships in the region, I contacted Ben to set up an appointment to discuss purchasing. He came out with a quote at MSRP, to which I responded by sending him back to the sales manager with a quote I received. After a second time, the sales manager, Posh, came out to speak with me directly. He was able to offer an alright deal, but I had a better offer from another dealership. I left with no additional pressure to buy from them. After driving around the region and dealing with other Kia dealers that lied about what they could offer, I contacted Posh top ask if his offer still stood. He said yes, and I was even able to get e good offer on my trade-in over the phone. I was able to finalize the out-the-door price with him and another salesman, Zach, over the phone with no tricks or false promises throughout the entire process. I only ended up paying around $600 over what I was hoping for which is right in the ball park. New Kia Sportage

The dealership was mostly painless and the staff was courteous. The process was long, like any car buying from a… dealership, but it was shorter than my previous one so I'll call that a win. Things were a little awkward with the construction going on at the Kia building, and having to use the Mazda building next door, but we managed. by The Lius on 03/24/2024We did some research on PHEVs and nailed our choices down to two: The Kia Niro PHEV and the Toyota Prius Prime. After test-driving the Niro, we made up our minds to get it. Initially, we couldn't agree on the price of the vehicle, but the… sales team did a wonderful job getting to our price point. All the folks we dealt with were nice and easy to work with. We also got a fair value for our trade-in. The sales associates (Breydan and Ben) spent the time to answer our questions and the sales manager, Luis, gave us two free services! We highly recommend Dolan Kia not because they are the only Kia dealer in town but because we feel we got a good deal and were treated courteously.We're so glad to know you had a positive experience with our team at Dolan Kia. Incredible Customer Service

I went to twelve dealerships between Reno and Carson test drove 22 vehicles, to me buying a car is a big decision and my decision was well planned and took a month to make. Without question… Luis at Dolan Kia was the kindest, most hard working, and personable sales representative I encountered. His personality went a long way and both my wife and daughter want to go back and visit him. It felt more like speaking with a friend then a sales rep. Additionally the vehicle had a great test drive and got a very competitive offer. I am thrilled with my 2020 Sportage & the incredible Labor day financing rates that I was able to take advantage of. Great Service

The whole team from Customer service at Dolan Kia to finance were great and I made them all work for their money that day. I had already decided what vehicle I wanted prior to coming in and it was ready to go when we arrived. Phil… was laid back, friendly and knowledgable. We had a very good experience and drove away in our new car that evening. Yes, I would recommend this dealership to my friends/family. It was a pleasant experience. And, I LOVE my Sportage. It drives well, is light and has a lot of zoom to it. I am very happy we decided to go to Reno KIA.
