I had a great experience buying a new car here. I first came in just to test dive a new 2024 Kia Sportage PHEV. Ben was our sales representative and showed us some of the features. He also shoed us the Prestige model of the Sportage and the Niro PHEV. After the test drive, we said were weren't ready to purchase just yet and he provided his business card without any additional pressure to purchase. My only critique about him is that he didn't show us all of the features of the vehicle which we are still discovering. After reaching out to many different dealerships in the region, I contacted Ben to set up an appointment to discuss purchasing. He came out with a quote at MSRP, to which I responded by sending him back to the sales manager with a quote I received. After a second time, the sales manager, Posh, came out to speak with me directly. He was able to offer an alright deal, but I had a better offer from another dealership. I left with no additional pressure to buy from them. After driving around the region and dealing with other Kia dealers that lied about what they could offer, I contacted Posh top ask if his offer still stood. He said yes, and I was even able to get e good offer on my trade-in over the phone. I was able to finalize the out-the-door price with him and another salesman, Zach, over the phone with no tricks or false promises throughout the entire process. I only ended up paying around $600 over what I was hoping for which is right in the ball park. I am very happy with my experience here overall.
