We made an appointment with Phil Brown and were greeted warmly and made to feel very comfortable with zero pressure from the start. I had already decided what vehicle I wanted prior to coming in and it was ready to go when we arrived. Phil was laid back, friendly and knowledgable. We had a very good experience and drove away in our new car that evening. Yes, I would recommend this dealership to my friends/family. It was a pleasant experience. And, I LOVE my Sportage. It drives well, is light and has a lot of zoom to it. I am very happy we decided to go to Reno KIA.
