Our sales person Jason was excellent. Didn't try to play games like other dealerships. We asked for his bottom price, gave it to us and then worked on additional discounts.

After waiting a few minutes to be checked in, Sean was very professional and took care of me. He said the wait would only be an hour to an hour and… a half, which to my surprise was true! He told me the type of service I needed and how long it would take. He was honest and I felt that he had my best interest as a… priority. The service was done efficiently and under the time frame he told me. The checkout was smooth and I got a good price for the services I needed. I will continue to go back to this dealer for all my car needs and I will be calling Javier everytime. There should be more service people like Javier with a great attitude. Thanks Javier!! by Sing10or on 09/17/2016updated 09/25/2016Very poor initial customer experience. I had an appointment to take care of a recall item on my Honda Pilot. Not enough service writers. After I got tired of waiting by my car, I went inside to where the service writers were. I had to… wait over 10 minutes before I could get anyone to even greet me to talk about why I was there. I stood right in front of all of the service writers and not one person spoke up to greet me as they were talking on the phone or busy with some other paperwork. Once I was greeted (as I had to stand in front of multiple service writers to obviously get them to acknowledge that I was there) I was never given a name of a service writer to talk to when I made the appointment. When I did get a hold of the service writer who started the process, I was then handed off to another service writer who is brand-new and didn't even have a business card to give me. I was told that my car would be ready by 3 PM that same day. It wasn't done until 6 PM that evening.Sing10or, I apologize for your recent experience. We take pride in providing quick and reliable service. If you could provide me with some additional information where I can contact you, I would like to offer you a complimentary oil change so we can provide you with the service you should expect. by Troopie313 on 08/11/2016updated 08/24/2016While out one afternoon my oil light came on, and so since I was in the area I decided to stop at the Honda dealer to have the oil changed. Upon inspection of my car it was recommended I do a flush of the power steering system and a… cleaning of the throttle body. Since the car is 8 years old and I've never done these two things I decided to do them. Once done I was advised the battery was about dead (which I figured) and they recommended a flush of the brake fluid line. Again, since I haven't had to do much in eight years besides routine oil changes I decided to have it done. While it cost me much more than the service I originally went to the dealer for, the car was overdue for these things. The service advisor was professional and not pushy. The car is running very smoothly and I can tell that it now has some "get up and go" that I haven't felt with it for some time.Excellent Service

We were in & out within hours, found the perfect vehicle within… our means & felt right at home. The facilities were clean, refreshments were available and the kid area was great for our little ones.
