Dealership Service Review
Very poor initial customer experience. I had an appointment to take care of a recall item on my Honda Pilot. Not enough service writers. After I got tired of waiting by my car, I went inside to where the service writers were. I had to wait over 10 minutes before I could get anyone to even greet me to talk about why I was there. I stood right in front of all of the service writers and not one person spoke up to greet me as they were talking on the phone or busy with some other paperwork. Once I was greeted (as I had to stand in front of multiple service writers to obviously get them to acknowledge that I was there) I was never given a name of a service writer to talk to when I made the appointment. When I did get a hold of the service writer who started the process, I was then handed off to another service writer who is brand-new and didn't even have a business card to give me. I was told that my car would be ready by 3 PM that same day. It wasn't done until 6 PM that evening.
