Review of Mini of Las Vegas

The car didn’t require any service treatment for 2 years which is great, thanks Mini for making a great and reliable vehicle! The… recent service was for break fluid, tire rotation and check up on the electrical system. Everything was in fine working order, no problems. The people, especially Dawn in the service department kept me informed of the progress. Scheduled time to come back. He sent us videos of prospective cars based upon initial views of their website. Even when we came to look at our two finalists, he made… sure to show us others that fit what we were looking for. In the end we went with the very last car we looked at and are incredibly happy to be driving a Mini Cooper again! He's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely tries to match the best car to his customers. He also respects my… questions and concerns. I've never felt pressured or rushed towards a sale. In addition to being really fun to drive, my MINIs have been very reliable. I've enjoyed working with Dawn in the service department - she's great! But it's just been routine maintenance. (I really appreciate that routine maintenance for the first three years is free.) I can't say enough positive things about the dealership and my experiences with them. by Lincoln on 12/13/2023Sorry state of affairs. I went to the dealership with several problems in my car which i bought from the same dealership 3 months back. Right from the first moment the staff was defensive and more than helping the customer they were looking… for reasons and excuses to run away from any liability. For anything you show a problem they have an answer you better go and get it fixed at Lincoln dealership it would be easy for them to fix since its a Lincoln. Catch is when I asked them about a Linoln dealership covered under the extended warranty they sold me with the car I was told there is no Lincoln dealership that is covered by Autonation in Las Vegas. Now one would wonder if so was the case can someone answer why the hell they sold an extended warranty in first place promising you will be completely taken care of. If there is an electrical problem, they say they don't have it covered. If there is engine start problem, please replace the battery (and later you will be informed that sorry we don't cover batteries so please pay ~$500). and so on. Dealership did mention they did put a brand new battery while selling the car 3 months back. So apparently even that was not true since I had to replace it within 3 months. Later labor charges will also be charged separately. It wouldnt be wrong to say they smartly trick the customers with rosy promises and later nobody bothers. Within 3 months of buying the car from the same dealership I have like 5 problems in the car. Out of 5, they fixed just 2 problems and charged me more than $700 in total. God bless Autonation and such dealerships. Worst, they took approx 4 days to get this done and no compensation of rental car to the customer since they wont accept any of the problems with the car. I would say the only issue i had was the delivery detail was terrible from a poor vaccume to the windows were aweful and i drove away… with the tire light on because the tires needed air but the sales team and finance team were exceptional.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. dishonest customer service

Justin Spenser, the finance Director did not listen to the fact that I didn't want warranties and added them anyways. He told me if I didn't buy a warranty I shouldn't get the… car. He was absolutely predatory. He said I needed to sign the contract. I was there to get a tire change and was pulled into sign a seperate contract with an interest rate of 3% higher and shorter terms. He told me I couldn't make any changes to the contract with the warranties or terms or return the car. Mini Cooper sold me a car with the wrong tires on it and when the tire gave out, they made me pay for it. They pulled my credit 3 times had me sign three contracts and then brought credit idown to a 705 when it was close to 800. They told me if I didn't sign the contract in the room at that point I couldn't seek legal advice and bring home the contract I had to sign right then and there or they would send the other contract to the bank. This was the most dishonest, dishonorable, preditory customer service I have ever experienced. Would tell anyone and everyone to stay far away from such a fraudulent business.
