Chris Daw was fabulous! He got me in the perfect 2024 RX 350. He listened and understood what I wanted. Chris is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. This is the third vehicle I got from him. And my eighth Lexus. Great product… which is extremely safe.

Outstanding from the start!
by JP on 06/01/2023Loved my time at the dealership. We had good negotiations and came to an agreeable conclusion that was fair. Chris our salesman was very friendly and understanding of our needs and wants at every level opened an opportunity to be taken care… of instead of be sold too. I loved doing business with him and in the future I would look him up to help with our next vehicle adventure. I have never has a Lexus or a Toyota product and my research pointed to Lexus as the most logical choice and Lexus of Las Vegas helped immensely to feel conferrable and confident in our choice. Thank you for all your help and understanding even though I was a little tuff in the negotiations. Not Like a Typical Sales Crew

She made a few helpful suggestions and answered all my questions with accurate information. With… her help, I could reach at the purchase decision fairly quickly. She did not give an impression of a typical sales person but rather acted as a consultant working on my side. Jason at Finance was another pleasant surprise. I had never purchased an extra warranty with more than 7 new car purchases in the past. However, this time I bought a 4-year extra warranty with confidence as he advised. I am a big believer in Lexus brand and this is my 4th Lexus. It is my first deal with Lexus of Las Vegas and this whole experience deepens my trust in the brand. The best service department!

by Les Rock on 03/05/2023My first contact was with Scott S (on an email and or text situation). He was quick, friendly, helpful, and very honest. I was looking for something very particular and there were NONE of what I wanted for months! Scott KEPT trying and… kept me in the loop. After a few months of working with 7 dealerships and salespersons, I narrowed it down to 3 that were best at getting back to me while NOT pushing me to try another color, another model, etc. Scott S was 1 of those 3. We had a flight out of Vegas so decided to visit Lexus Las Vegas and see some of their inventory to look at colors and interiors. Scott was extremely professional, energetic, ready for us and easy to understand! He introduced us to his assistant Danielle. SHE WAS also AMAZING! She showed us downstairs and told us more of her opinion about how fantastic the LEXUS brand is! We were out of state for 3 wks and they continued to both keep in touch without being too pushy. When they finally saw THE one coming in soon, they were quick to help us grab it with a CC deposit! They were excellent about keeping us informed the whole way. VERY GOOD PR skills! WE are very impressed with Lexus Vegas!Dream Team!

by L Paul G on 01/28/2023I had been shopping for a new (2019/2020 new for me) RX350. My lady partner said it had to be red. Lexus of Las Vegas had one on their web site and I placed a call. Sam Ko answered the phone. He was very pleasant and well informed about the… vehicles he had available. We discussed the red RX350 I saw on line. Price was good and it was a recent lease turn in. To be honest, I needed time to think about it and to discuss with my partner. I sent Sam a message via e-mail on Sunday stating that if car did not sell on that Saturday, we would like to move forward with the purchase. We promptly heard from Mr. Ko on Monday morning. Vehicle was still available. We made the deal with a small down over the phone. We live in Colorado and had to make a plane flight reservation to get to Las Vegas. That was done for Wednesday. I let Mr. Ko know when I would arrive at the airport. Sam was very gracious and offered to pick me up (just happened that he had the day off and was moving to a new home besides). He was at the airport waiting for me to arrive and we headed to the dealership. Mr. Ko was very pleasant as we exchanged introductions. We set forth with the paperwork after looking at the car. What a beautiful car! Everything went smoothly. Sam Ko bent over backward to satisfy me and answered every question I could think of. He went over every detail of the functions of the car. What a patient man! I highly recommend you seeing Mr. Sam Ko if you are in the market for a nice Lexus. He'll treat you right and make you feel welcome. Tell him that Paul for Colorado sent you!These guys do not waste your time/money

Of course, they are friendly, but sometimes you really want to see that salespeople can cut through the BS. A rare… quality for a car dealership. He listens to me takes any questions or concerns and then has checks on my car to see if I… need anything done other than my general maintenance, always ask me if I have any concerns, always answers every question I have and even shows me pictures of my car if questionable, been going there for five years and always look forward to the next get together!! My service tech is the best!!Great experiance
