I was looking for a new optima online, I found the best price at Jim Marsh KIA! I called the dealership and spoke with Amy K., she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I drove all the way from the central coast of California to Las Vegas, and was pleasantly surprised how courteous and helpful they were. I was expectly to be at the dealership all day but was only there for a couple of hours. I also want to commend the finance manager,JC. They treated me like I've never been treated before! I highly recommend Amy and JC!

  • Terrible Buying Experience

Bought a certified OptimaLX. Got a decent deal, but they failed to tell us it would take 2-3 days to get the car serviced and ready to take home. Caused me to rent a car for those days. Also, sales person swore she told us it would take 2-3 days. She did not. Asked for help from a manager who just sent me back to the sales person. Car wasn't ready on Day 3. No one provided an update. Had to call multiple times and speak with multiple people. Spoke with Sales Manager who was extremely rude and instead of apologizing for the delay proceeded to tell me that he sells 160 cars a week, so I should expect delays. Car was ready on Day 4, went to pick up and they brought us the wrong car then couldn't find my car for 45 minutes. Everyone there tells a different story when you talk to them. They are defensive and rude.

  • Worst customer service in history of all dealerships

Had the misfortune of buying a car from [non-permissible content removed]. Took 7 days to get the car certified. Got the run around from the everyone from the sales associate to the GM. The actually called my son and I liars. Funny too, considering we had it all on tape. Kept saying the car would be ready and when they FINALLY called to say it was ready they drove up in the wrong car, and then took another hour to find the right one. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The GM had the nerve to tell me that they sell 150 cars a month so why should they worry about customer service. SOOOOOO BAD. I would give them a negative rating but won't let me.

Buy your car some where else. Don't fall for there B/S tactics. They made me feel like they were so caring while all the time stabbing me in the back. Beware of the sales mgr. and the finance mgr. as they will stick it to you. I'm 68 and they took advantage of the fact that I am not as sharp as I shoud be.

I have bought 6 cars new off a lot in my time on this planet. NEVER ONCE have I been treated so horribly then at this Garbage dump of a dealership. When I sat down to work out #'s on a new car , the sales manager came over with an offer that was so rediculous I was more offended then angry. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE AN EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE! They low balled a trade in, that 3 other dealerships where willing to give $3000 more for!!!!! At one point after getting 3 rediculous offers for financing from there arrogant credit manager I took out a calculator and crunched the #'s in front of them . This terrified the obviously blind sided credit manager. He had NO Explanation on how his offer was that far off . Thats when his manager took over. With B/S lines like there nothing in these cars ( meaning they sell them for $200 over what they pay) People if you believe this I will sell you a bridge anywhere in the world. They offer to show you b/s invoices proving so. I would like to see how they keep the doors open and payroll paid. Since the whole team over there are all over what seems to 65-70 they don't have a concept of the internet being a global sharing point of information. I told them "listen I have been on numerouse forums ,where people get together and post what they paid for cars and what options were in them". I told him the average was $2000 cheaper then his offer. NO REPLY ! This dealer ship is a perfect example of B/S oldschool salesman that try to confuse people with bad math who don't know any better. Bring a calculator with you. If you read this revue and still go there you deserve the headache and heartburn that will surley follow. Unless you love being ripped off by [violative content deleted] stereotypical shady car salesmen.

  • Didn't get much out of this company

I didn't buy a vehicle at Jim Marsh. During the 5 times that contacted the place I dealt with 5 different people and they all told me varying stories. At one time I was dragged in front of the sales manager by the sales associate to explain why I wouldn't want to buy now and then. I go the impression that there's too much pressure on sales people and customers alike.
